I EVEN CALLED MY DAUGHTER AT SCHOOL TO SEE IF SHE BOUGHT MORE.- SHE DIDN'T. SO I RESEARCHED AND PULLED UP ALL CHARGES IN MY BANKING ACCOUNT AND FOUND FOUR MONTHS CHARGED AT $49.95. WHAT IN THE WORLD? I DID GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE NUMBER AND THE CHARGES WERE CREDITED. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE ACTED AS IF THIS WAS A CALL HE RECEIVED CONSTANTLY. HE COULDN'T EVEN ARTICULATE WHAT THE $49.95 WAS FOR?! ONCE I REALIZED THE EXTENT OF THE SCAM, I PUT SOME MERCHANDISE IN MY CART AND WENT THROUGH MOST OF THE PURCHASE PROCESS - WHAT A VERY SLEAZY WAY GETTING FOLKS TO SIGN UP AS A" VIP" CUSTOMER - VERY EASY TO MISS THE CON. WHEN I UNCHECKED THE VIP OFFER THE 2 FOR $24 LEGGINGS SUDDENLY CAME UP AT $160. I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS SITE. AND EVERY TIME I SEE A TV AD NOW I WANT TO SCREAM - SCAMMER! KATE YOU HAVE A NICE PRODUCT, I THOUGHT YOU WERE A NICE PERSON BUT APPARENTLY YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER CON ARTIST. YOUR REPUTATION IS FOREVER TARNISHED. JUST CHARGE A FAIR PRICE FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE.
The clothes look very nice online and on TV, but the quality of the clothing is poorly made. The fabric material was very thin so thin you could see my underwear. I order all my clothing in petite I ordered a tank top in a small and it was falling off of me.

I don't mind the subscription thing, I have done this kind of membership before, what I don't like is their service and also the quality of the clothing. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has fit me right. Granted I have to shop online to order things, because there is no store near me, so trying on would help if I could but nothing really looks as quality as it does online, not to mention it doesn't last. It's disappointing that Kate Hudson is selling Walmart/Target quality clothing for triple the price.
Another huge pet peeve, is their skipping time period. I happened to be in a hurricane in Houston during the "week" you're allowed to skip. Obviously I couldn't exactly call them or get online to skip, because my service was down. I really didn't want an outfit this month but because you only have that window to call or go online I was charged. Now, so I don't lose money, I have to buy another outfit I truly did not want.
Oh and also took them 3 months to exchange something for me that came undone and had holes in them the first day I wore it, and I still never recieved it despite them claiming I did. They gave me store credit but again, for clothing I didn't want in the first place.
All in all, it doesn't seem like Kate Hudson is involved AT ALL in her store or in this shopping experience. It's all done overseas, cheaply made and highly inflated prices for her to make money. The customer service people are nice but still it's not the experience I thought that Kate Hudson was trying to give her customers. Very disappointing.

I forgot to skip my order last month, so I made sure to skip this month. Contacted Fabletics via chat and got this guy named Donnelle. First, he didn't understand that I "skipped" my order. After some back and forth, he stated, "I will send this in for a credit, but I can't guarantee a refund". "Be sure to skip your account at the appropriate time". Okay, for one Donnelle, I know when to skip my account. Number two, if I don't get a refund I "guarantee" I'm cancelling my account. I just closed the chat. Now that I think about it, I'm about to go back and cancel the account period. I'm glad I took a picture of the "You have skipped payment for this month". I love the quality of the clothing, but I get the same value with Victoria Secret's without the monthly membership hassle.

THIS IS A SCAM! Beware, my 15 yr old daughter bought one t-shirt online and Fabletics started charging us $49.95 per month in a membership fee. We tried to cancel the membership but received no response from Fabletics. We finally had to flag these charges as fraudulent with our credit card company before anyone at Fabletics would talk with us. Even then the representative was evasive and only canceled the account when he understood our daughter was a minor.
Kate Hudson should be ashamed of the exploitive methods on her site. Fabletics is fleecing the public. I have lost all respect for Ms. Hudson and the other 'stars' whose clothing lines are represented on this site. Please spread the word to boycott this site. It is a SCAM.

I followed the social media promotion funnel (2 leggings for 24) and was never told I signed up for monthly payments for nothing. The cancelation phone number on the website doesn't work. I get no reply from emails nor social media. How is that even allowed? AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So fabletics is a scam.
They hide the VIP membership fees of 49.95 dollars in fine print and since they also save your card details they automatically deduct it from your account. How convenient!
It's the same case with all the other brands you come when on fabletics website. That's how all of them make money. Scamming people!
The leggings I ordered is $#*! quality. Will never ever recommend buying it. Wear a garbage bag instead.
It's not long before they are slapped with a class action lawsuit

Absolutely disappointed with this site, got an email that everything is 75% off, took me like 2 hours to pick many stuff just to find out it was only for one item which didn't say on the deal, been with them on the phone also, cant believe they have any buisness online. Super mad and disappointed

I am constantly having a problem with the cancellation of the membership of something I did not sign up for. I need some form of management to contact me because this has been going on for 3 months being charged $49.95 for each month straight. I tried canceling it myself but there is NO way to delet your card info

I wish to cancel my membership - there is NO WAY to contact this company here in Australia. A phone number that is not answered - a chat line that is not manned at hours we need here in Australia.
My credit card was compromised from this company. I have ensured my bank will NO LONGER honour any more transactions from this business. However I want to cancel my membership and have my credit card number removed from the system. However this is practically impossible. I would prefer to do this privately instead of in an online review - however that does not seem possible at this time.
Please cancel my membership and remove ALL reference to me and my credit card from your system.
My bank has advised that my credit card has been compromised and has declined a transaction originating from Fabletics. They have deemed this transaction to be a compromise on my security.
All future transactions from your company will also be declined.

I bought my first outfit with every intention on being a VIP and ordering every month. My first outfit showed up WRONG! I got two shirts and a bra when I ordered leggings a shirt and bra. I talked to customer service who wanted me to exchange the wrong item but they wouldn't send my paid for item until he exchange was finished. No no no. I asked to cancel my membership after talking to this incompetent customer service rep. After seeing that my membership was not cancelled I got back on with customer service an hour later and the customer service agent again was incompetent. She kept making blank statements and while I was waiting for something to reply to she would comment are you still there is you are not in hanging up. What the?!? She said something completely rude and said whoops that was not meant for you. I asked for the manager. She not only did NOT connect me to a manager but did not resolve Fabletics problem and still left me hanging with an incorrect order. Absolute worst customer service and company Ove ever dealt with!

Do not order from fabletics it is a scam you will get stuck paying for forever it is hard to get out of the scam and Nike Reebok under armour are better quality and better company's also better price fabletics there pricing is a complete scammmm

My daughter ordered a couple of items from their site. A few months later, charges started popping up on my CC for 50 dollars, when there was nothing ordered. When you finally get a hold of someone they promise a refund that never arrives. They are thieves and liars. Their service is crap, they rob your money, and teh leggings are just not that good. Especially if they intend to rob you.Its hard to believe that Kate Hudson is part of this scam.

The quality of Fabletics attire is awful. I've given most of it away. The website is also bad. Took me two calls (one where the guy read off a script all the reasons I should not cancel), one "live chat" where the representative ended the session before we were done. Finally, on the final call, the representative didn't make me suffer through the sales pitch of why not to cancel. Save your money.

I've been wanting to order for a while... Saw a demi Lovato outfit I loved so I finally did... Came in the mail and the idiots made it wrong. It was the high waisted legging outfit with the cross cross and the morons sewed one of the bands twisted so it doesn't lay flat at all when I wear it... It stays rolled up. Oh and PLUS the VIP membership is a SCAM! They take $50 out of your bank account every month after your first order as a "credit" on their account. So shocked Kate Hudson would be the face of this brand. I'll stick to my basic reliable Nike leggings from now on. Oh and also the bra that went with the outfit offers 0 support! More like a club wear top

Fabletics can be a good deal, if you pay attention to what you're signing up for. I didn't feel like they hid the fact that it's a monthly membership and your credit card will be charged $50 a month if you don't go online and indicate that you want to skip the month.
The prices are much better than other athletics companies -- $20 or so for bras, $50 for leggings, $30 for tops -- and in most cases the quality is good. I've ordered a few things from them and only been dissatisfied with one of them. My only complaint is that sometimes you can't use your membership credits -- the $50 each month -- and get the sale prices. I think they should change that.
Fabletics sends you an email each month reminding you that you'll be charged if you don't go to the site and skip the month, which I think negates the claim that the company is a scam. You just have to pay attention to what you're buying.

Just be wary of the fine print and that monthly payment of $49.95... trying to cancel and it took a couple months and in the mean time got charged for the monthly fee. They should really do a way with this policy because it's misleading and who really needs to order every month... I will not shop this site again. Suzie

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
