I've been buying fabletics for years and I love the products. However, recently there has been nothing in my size, specifically in leggings, the M's are always sold out in the trendy neutral patterns (leopard print, etc). I was also very unimpressed when I went to go buy a bunch of items for the Black Friday sale on the WEDNESDAY before Black Friday and all of the items I wanted were sold out in my size. Size M. And I noticed that most of the sizes were sold out. I would have bought $200 worth of items after the discount but I couldn't because my size was out of stock. Please get more in stock because I love your products. Love the neutral patters, the trendy browns, tans, pinks, teddy jackets.
The cost of my membership each month doesn't cover full costs. They always charge me still for fees for something. I have plenty of credits, which is why I put off canceling, but yet I always have to pay when going to use my credits. Have to use a full $50 credit for items valued for less. Then when order things that are preorder with credits you have, they still charge your card. Horrible money management on this business.

I was excited about being a Fabletics customer, but after several years I have found that very few of your items work for me. I usually now just "skip this month" because I can't find anything suitable for me, and discontinuing is too complicated. Some of the problem may be my age- 70 years. But still…… JA

I ordered a pair of leggings and they were to be shipped to the store and then everything was shut down for months thanks to COVID. When the store was finally open I went to retrieve my leggings and they were nowhere to be found, but the staff was great and let me pick out any leggings in the store to replace! Customer service was top notch!

My size was consistently out of stock for several months. The prices between a vip credit and the actual cost of an item was insane. All in all bad experience.

Quality doesn't match the prices. Plus like a better variety of options for work out clothes. Not everybody likes spandex.

I have been a member since spring of 2020, I have tried multiple times to order running shorts, and I have still to this day never been able to get a pair. Other items that I want are also often out of stock, particularly petite sizes, and I try to order on the first day. The products are good, but I often end up having to skip a month because what I want is rarely available. In fact when I do order, I'm usually settling for
Something else (typically something on sale) and not what I want the most. I have thought about canceling multiple times, but have hung on in hopes that this will improve. I have however found good prices when things go on sale and have ordered many tanks at a reasonable sale price. I wish there were more running shorts regularly stocked, and more petite leggings.

These are the only workout clothes I wear at this point. Sizing is consistent so I always know everything will fit. There's always something new, and something for everyone. My problem is that I have issues remembering to skip the month so I unfortunately have to cancel if my financial situation changes. BUT, they've now changed it so it's easy to do that too! Highly recommend this company.

I am happy with the products I ordered but I canceled my subscription. The commercials I saw said try Fabletics, don't pay high prices for workout clothes anymore. Fabletic prices are just as high as everyone else if not more.

I was ordering online, which is an easy process. For some reason, I was having trouble with my cart updating. I tried to do the chat box, waited 15 minutes with no response. I called customer service and had everything ordered and done within 5 minutes. It was very easy and the lady was very helpful.

I received a email saying my order had been placed. I logged in thinking someone hacked my account but saw it was shipping to my house. I called customer service right when i got the email saying it was placed and she said there's nothing she can do it already left the warehouse ( i don't know how it left the Wearhouse that quick) and i told her i didn't place that order and she said it was a automatic thing for back in stock. I do not remember ever hitting that option and I would never buy that jacket. I feel like if there's a "notify me when in stock" then you should notify the person not just place the order for the $80 jacket that i didn't order. She said i would have to wait to get it and then return it and wait for a refund. So now with the holiday season im out $80 for a few weeks waiting on that. The most inconvenient experience i ever had with a website.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
