I saw Fabletics advertised on Facebook. They get you with what looks like cheap prices if you sign up then come to find out there's a monthly membership cost that I wasn't aware of until after signing up. Im sure it's there but it's not obvious that you're signing up for a monthly paid membership. Seemed sneaky. Then you have to call to cancel where I had to tell them 4 times I wanted to cancel before they obliged. If you're not a member the prices are ridiculous for what you're getting. Also the quality and fit of the clothes was disappointing. Two tops in the same size fit me differently and I went by their size guide. Won't be shopping with them again.
The app often freezes or glitches, however I live in Fabletics and they hold up well for lifting.

The 2 for 24 deal simply didn't work and required me to work through two customer support chat sessions followed by a phone call. Entirely annoying, except the phone support was helpful. Lost my continued business.

I love these clothes! My husband buys me some almost monthly. My whole family buys clothes here.
The leggings are great! …but I feel like I'm getting played every month when the membership processes and then again when I go to spend the membership credits and things with widely seeming value are all listed as one member credit. The leggings aren't quite good enough to keep playing this game.

I'm 5 8 180, a little on the thicc side and your larges don't fit. Who are you using to base your sizes? Kevin hart wearing and xl? Confusing membership deal made me uncomfortable signing up as I didn't know what charges to expect. Nice material but awful sizing. I wear medium undies and shorts in every brand. A little big is no issue so I went large to be safe and now I'm thinking XXL would have been appropriate

I have bought things from Fabletics before and they are always great. This time, they messed up my order even though I placed the order in store, and they lost my package. I never received it and had to eventually cancel after 2 weeks of waiting. Hopefully this is just a one time thing, as I really do enjoy the brand.

The return system online is impossible. You automatically get sent the same thing when you select exchange not given the option to replace. A customer service agent fixed it. The clothes are nicely made and I have a pair of pants I'm obsessed with. Shipping takes forever compared to any other service. Says shipped but details say "ready to go" for days on end.

I had seen your ads in many places and was always curious about trying your athletic wear out but could never justify a reason why. I have recently had a major life change and am living on my own for the first time in my life (at 31) after a 12 year relationship. I work from home so I don't get to socialize much and don't leave the house a lot. I started to realize how much it was affecting my mental health and decided to change that. I joined a Gym and thought oh no what am I going to wear now that I've done that. I remembered your company and all the adorable ads and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable deals I could find and the selection of unique designs. I suddenly became so excited and couldn't wait to wear these clothes and feel more confident going to the gym. When I received my order I was preparing myself for the inevitable let down that something will not look right or fit my body properly; however I was proven wrong and everything fit comfortably and perfectly. It may sound silly but sometimes all it takes is some new clothes for a girl to feel confident enough to get out there in the world and reach their goals. Thank you for the pleasant experience and I can't wait till I need to order more clothes.

Not sure if employees work on commission but they talked me into yitty shapewear and I actually hate it. Total sausage affect and I'm really only 4 pounds overweight after having a baby. Shocking the shorts don't have compression for the lower belly and just circumference. Don't they know everything just pops out below the compression making lower belly worse. Wish I could return.

The time it takes Fabletics to deliver products is the worst i have ever experienced. I've had products delivered from China that get here in much less time than a typical Fabletics online order. I'm much better off to take the time to drive to the store and buy in-store. We've ordered many times almost always it take two weeks sometimes longer to arrive. It's unfortunate because we like the products.

I had fallen in love with the iridescent pink leggings and the pink oasis cheetah print crop leggings and in fact, they are what got me to join and order. I had come back almost every day to check if they restocked in my size but they never did. Finally when I saw one left in L I grabbed it it was like winning the lottery. Unfortunately the cropped cheetah print never got in stock with my size. Unfortunately the L is also too small for me right now - since they're so stretchy I can make them fit as I am absolutely in love! If these items are so popular and go so quickly in larger sizes, PLEASE restock them more or have more inventory when you do. Please also add an option to be emailed when they become available. That's my one complaint, but I absolutely adore them so hopefully I can grab another pair in my size.

I only wear Fabletics to work out because I love the quality, but the sizing is always off and the models of different sizes don't match what my body fits. For example, I am slimmer than the "Large" models, yet I fit in the large pants. My usual top size elsewhere is Medium, but I mostly fit small and x-small in Fabletics tops.

Great quality materials, consistent fit across styles, cute designs, items get delivered in a timely manner. I've only had to contact customer service once but they were very helpful.

I have purchased several leggings from fabletics and they have all been comfortable and exactly as described. These ones are not stretchy or soft and are loose at the waist compared to the rest of the legging. The quality of material is also not as good.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
