I feel entrapped by them, I can't use up all of my accrued points b/c so many items I actually want are always out of stock in most sizes so I feel stuck and that they have taken my money to give me "credits" to use that I have few options to actually use them with. I can't wait until I'm able to use all of the credits and withdraw from this scam of a business model.
I love Fabletics. Their clothes are high quality, size inclusive, and their company seems committed to true diverse representation on most every spectrum. The 4 stars is really only because of two things: First, there seems to be some discrepancies in size. I'm a L in most cases, but some items have come and it was a SQUEEZE. A little more consistency on that front would be appreciated. Secondly, the return/refund process doesn't seem fair to VIP members. I purchased an item that arrived damaged. I returned it and asked for a replacement but that item was out of stock. Okay, no biggie. I'll just purchase something else with my member credit. NOPE. You get the $amount, not the Member credit so now what I'm purchasing is no longer VIP, so it's a loss on that front in value for purchase. It would be nice if they would apply the refund as a member credit since that is what was used to purchase the item.

I was very excited to get the new VIP member prices on my first order. However, I was sorely disappointed with the sizing and fit. The sports bras and swim tops were much too small as far as cup size, but when I sized up, the band was too big. I guess my body type was not considered when sizing was done at Fabletics. I am 155 lbs, size 36DD and literally no tops worked for me. XL was too small, XXL was too big. Very frustrating.

The idea of this store is great and I loved being able to pick out expensive work out sets for cheaper. The only issue I had was when I was trying to cancel my subscription. I looked up how to do it and did not realize I could do it on my own because everything I read said I had to call in to cancel. When I told the customer service person I needed to cancel it he told me no. He then went on to list out all the reasons I shouldn't cancel and then did not give me a chance to respond before going "Is there anything else?" No there's nothing else I just need to cancel. When I requested to cancel again... he AGAIN told me no. I loved the clothes I just could not deal with the obscure ways of cancelling and all of the hoops I jumped through to FINALLY cancel. I figured out how to do it on my own from the website but it took some searching. It kept just giving me the benefits and bribing me to stay with a $10 discount and I really did not appreciate the desperateness.

I have been a vip elite member for years. But lately I have been disappointed that the adds out on IG of things the no longer selling. And the new outfits are not as good a quality use to be. But what took the cake was the last time I went to the store. When the manger is there she is helpful and kind. Honestly never new she was the one in charge until recently. But she was always helpful.
But this last time she was not there the two girls where cold and rude. And when someone would ask for help it look as if it was an inconvenience for them. So I was not happy. Honestly I only still have my membership bc of the kindness I would get but now I don't think I want to keep it if that's my shopping experience. I always give it a chance but this is the second time my experience has been like this in a role with the manger is not there. She should not have to be there for that kindness and helpfulness to come out.

It wasn't to my expectation that the leggings weren't really "high-waist". The leggings also were tight all around your legs, but not tight around your waist at all.

I had a Fabletics membership a few years ago and had stopped for budget reasons. I rejoined excitedly but have been disappointed with the style, fit and quality of the items I've received. Sadly, I am going to cancel my membership again.

I love Fabletics clothing but the whole premise of having to remember to go in and "skip" the month every month or be charged the &49.95 is awful. Even with a reminder on my calendar there are times I forget. I want to buy when I want to buy and hate my card being charged if I forget to "skip". Such a scam. I will be quitting my membership due to this.

I like some of the things they sell - I really like a certain couple of types of their leggings because I feel like they're very supportive and work well, along with a couple of their bras...
As a company, I hate them. First of all, their products are overpriced. Period. Secondly, their shipping is the LITERAL WORST. At this point, I only order anything from fabletics unless it's on super sale or I absolutely can't have it because their shipping is so awful. It takes FOREVER to receive anything from them, and they literally don't care. On top of that, their taxes are SO HIGH. I will literally order from Alo Yoga where things are more expensive, I will spend twice the amount there that I did at Fabletics, and the taxes are LESS at Alo! They charge taxes and tariffs for overseas production (which other companies don't do) and it's ridiculous. Again, this is another reason that I purposely try to avoid fabletics. On top of that, a lost of times, you will receive dirty or used merchandise, which is disgusting. Their support staff never knows what's going on, and now that they just redid their website, you can't even leave reviews anymore! Altogether, it's just a crappy company.

Amazing fabric. I put it on, expecting to be disappointed with the fit because that's how online ordering goes often times for me. But these not only looked great on but felt great on as well. I'd say very true to size. Honestly I would order more, but I got in on a deal for this order, and that's the only reason I placed it. Because otherwise $#*!'s expensive. Glad I caught the deal when I did!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
