Been a VIP member for years. Only buy workout gear from Fabletics now (and ThredUp). Always take advantage of the fantastic sales. Best value and good quality. Easy to color co-ordinate across the range. Love the inclusion and wide size range... all shapes and sizes catered to. Returns are EZ when necessary (for me because legs are too long even in XXS for pants and full length leggings). 5' 4" and 97 lbs, 69 years young, Pilates & Yoga instructor.

Pleased with the quality and look of the shorts but disappointed that an associate signed my 16 year old up for a recurring $50/ month for some type of membership that he didn't agree on! He's underage and that should have never happened!

Received a very poor response (shared in comments section) and have changed this rating from 3 to 1 star. Only because I can't opt for zero stars.
Started off just fine until I tried to buy new arrivals. Nothing was ever available. Towards the end of my membership, orders were placed by me but they never arrived. After calling and asking, I was told the order was canceled because the items were out of stock. This happened multiple times. I called back to cancel my membership and get a refund on my VIP points that I paid for monthl but couldn't use because of constant supply shortages, but I was told I could only get that a refund for the month I was cancelling. After customer service agreed to send me my refund requested, they only sent me that month. I love this product, but I'm so disappointed with the way the company is run. I don't believe that new arrivals should be available for order until every time zone has access. I live on the West Coast and I imagine that members east of me were able to purchase new arrivals before I could even see them and stocks ran out before I could even see them for that reason. I think you're short-changing a large percentage of your members, and I lost money participating in the VIP points program through monthly charges I agreed to allow with the expectation that I would have a chance at new arrivals and wouldn't be cancelled constantly.

Most things are made well. The lead warning bothers me. During a rough time in our life, I racked up a ton of monthly payments. Skipping a month is vital. Don't foret!

I would say that typically it is hard to find matching sets in my size. Usually, a lot of sizes are sold out and unavailable for people who need larger sizes. Also I haven't used it recently because the maternity selection is very limited.

The experience turned frustrating over time. It was great when it first started, but recently everything is constantly sold out. I'd even go in to buy things the first of the month and my sizes were never available. That and prices really skyrocketed. The "high quality for low price" gimmick was lost

I think Fabletics do a good job at making good quality things and setting them at a good price. I think they could do better on the delivery time. Also, the extra payment for 2-3 day shipping is not worth it.

I was very happy with the shirts that I received. I like the functionality of the shorts and the fact that they can serve in a dual purpose. The black shorts go well with just about anything I wear the five insured to been great for running however I cannot keep my keys or phone in them because the pocket end up falling out of the bottom of the shorts as they hike up. Overall I feel this is more of a minor inconvenience than anything but the shorts have been nothing short of great.

The shipping is crazy long, it take three, four weeks to get stuff. I will NEVER order from them again because they are not truthful in their shipping notifications and times. They will send you a notification that it is shipped and all they did was print the label and it sits for two or three weeks. I am a ops manager at a major distribution center, I know how it works. If they said, "out of stock, due in two week" i would be much more open to ordering than just waiting on nothing.

Website awful, customer service was practically unreachable and canceling was virtually impossible. Never had what I wanted to buy in-stock so had to settle for items I didn't care for. Quality was fair. I do a lot of subscriptions and love them all... this business model sucks. Almost felt like a scam towards the end.

I loved all the shorts I got. Nice stretchy material, soft, great fit and length.
I did see serval complaints about the waist band on the fundamental shorts. I typically wear size 34w and ordered a size L. I think they fit perfect. I can run workout - with little if any adjusting.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
