When I first started with Fabletics there were always options for tall items but as the years have gone forward it has become exceedingly more difficult. You cannot search for tall on the website so I have to drive an hour to the store in Scottsdale to have them search for options. I have been doing this for a year, however this last purchase I couldn't even get black in my style of pant. I understand if this is a not a profitable arena for you but I am looking at other options.

I had a good experience with the company. Returns were done easily and promptly. I only had issues with some sizing since I am tall.

Customer service doesn't care at all about the situation they just want to bribe you to stay with credits… refused to give me refunds on items I received got credits instead… products didn't fit and they refused to exchange.

The leggings I bought lost their color or texture. I stopped buying them after a while. I like sports bras better. I did buy some shapewear from Yitty. Love that.

Products are more expensive than I think they are worth and You have to call or chat to cancel your subscription, but the chat doesn't work on my phone.

Shipping is fast and the products are good quality. My favorite legging is the sculptnit. They are perfect and don't fall down much. In fact, body sweat makes the waist band stick in place, in my case at least. I have close to 10 pairs, mostly black. Lol. They are that good@

Advertisements and emails show cute styles, but almost 100% of the time these styles are sold out. This is a routine event and I end up spending my monthly credit on the same black leggings that I can rely on. This is why I often put my month on hold

When I first ordered it was amazing not bad shoes for a great price however I started to notice and get alerts of sales only to find out that the sale prices are for new vip members only. Have skipped more times then bought for that reason have really been thinking about canceling my membership. I know it is important for companies to get new members I just feel like they always ignore existing members.

The leggings are made of excellent fabric. Todays sizes aren't accurate though. I'm 5,4 and weigh 205 it's mostly in my butt, hips and thighs some in the waist. The leggings fit quite well I normally fit XL they were just a little tight in the stomach area for someone who is working on losing weight that's why I got them I feel they could be a bit bigger. The larges I got not bad either they were supposed to be XL also not sure how that get mixed up they're a littler roomier than the XL other than stomach again my short legs don't cope well with bigger leggings and I tried reading reviews if you normally wear XL it would have to be an XXL for women who are thicker which I don't believe that size is carried which limits women like me the customer service is friendly and helpful I would order again but I also feel there is room for this company to grow and expand more if more options were available thicker women like to feel beautiful while being comfortable too I would order again

I love the quality of my fabletics items but I haven't been impressed with the outfit sets to use your credit on. There is usually an item in the set not in my size so it really limits what I can get. Also single items are always on sale so you can get an outfit for half of what you would pay on a credit with items you necessarily don't want. It would be nice if you could build your own outfit with your credit or have more options available

I have been very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the merchandise and the speedy delivery. The items are so unique and my granddaughter truly loves them because she says mom mom no one else has shoes like mine and always ask me where i got them from.

I do love the product quality very nice. However I don't love that I can't find leggings that fit anymore. Now the company has nothing but high rise and no longer helps their audience that like mid rise better. So I don't get things often these days.

I haven't had an issue with the company. The legging fit great gave a couple for Christmas this year and think I turned a friend over to the company. One dislike is can be a bit pricey but is a good product so I say you get what you pay for.

I had a really awful experience with Fabletics. First off, I had a bunch of credits saved up (about 6) because everything I ordered seemed like really crappy quality so I'd return it and get the credits back. So this happened over the course of a year and when I was finally able to make it in store to look at other items and use up the credits, I was told that they expired (?) Sorry but that is a complete scam, you took my money didn't you? Why do you get to decide when I can use it? So I called customer service and finally got my credits back. Then, I tried to use them up in the store and nothing was available in my size/color (I'm a medium) so I asked to get a few things ordered and the ladies were not very nice to me. The whole process took over an hour to order the clothes and use up the credits. Finally, at the end of the purchase, I was told that because the clothes come from England I now have to pay a tariff on top of the credits (Scam #2). Why are you sourcing clothes from England and then putting that on your customers to pay for? I take the clothes home and within one use, they stain all over the sweatshirts/sweatpants and I go to wash them and it doesn't come out. If the clothes are such bad material then maybe you're better off sourcing them from a different country. This whole brand was a complete scam, I was very happy to close my account after this experience and tell my friends/family to stay FAR AWAY from Fabletics.

Every time I walk into this specific store front, I am so pleased! The management team is wonderful! I even have a favorite sales consultant whose energy always matches mine. The Fabletic's organization has a great store at The Summit in Alabama.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
