Love all the products. But the site navigation and layout is weird. The deal for new accounts is a bummer I can't get the deals and I'm a member. Two shorts for 19. Just stuff like that.
I love that you have the option of monthly credit when you're a member. I've purchased shoes which didn't have great reviews. I loved them. I found them comfortable and lightweight. The scrubs sets I've purchased are form fitting which I don't particularly like however they are very reasonably priced, stretchy and have plenty of pockets. I have also purchased yoga pants. I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and come in a variety of colors. The only downside to this company is the international charge associated with some items. As a member, I don't feel I should have to pay that.
Yes, yes,yes I love my jumpsuit and had a lot of compliments wearing them. I got 2 of them Blue and black. I think I love the blue better. The only issue that I have is that the tied(belt) got wrinkle during the wash and the end of the belts came off( fabletics signs- in rubber) causing it to be longer and not so cute. I don't have any issue going to the toilet because the zipper to long enough to quickly accommodate. It's very flattering and fit perfectly. Will purchase again.
My experience with Fabletics so far has been great. The material is very nice and I'm so glad they have pant size long as an option for my long legs!
Ordered a medium, received a small. Return process took weeks and guess what size they sent AGAIN. Plus they run super small

Both the brown and the purple bled their dye onto my other colored clothes. My clothes were ruined and this was beyond disappointing. The items bled for two washe, and this should be highlighted by the manufacturer. Not the typical "wash with like colors"
I got to say the cloths are very good quality, but I eneded the subscription plan because I was able to only get one item per month. If this subscription plan allowed me to get two low cost items per month I would reconsider.
Is very inconvenient not to be able to try on scrubs. Went to return in store and flabetics store does not carry scrubs, the only way to get them is to order online. Even thought I didn't like the scrubs I had bought I have to stay stuck with a membership that I will never use.
Used OnTrac, cheap but incompetent, to deliver and shipment was lost. Customer service at Fabletics should be called customer abuse department. Totally unhelpful. Shipment showed up inside my locked mailbox two weeks later at which point I dropped my claim with my credit card company. Product I received was mediocre at best. Avoid this company at all cost.

After 1 wash most my clothes are shapeless. My jacket's zipper is broke after 1 use.
The way the clothing feels on my skin makes me feel free. I wear fabletics everyday of the week and that's not exaggerating. I'll continue to wear this brand.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
