Yoga pants just ok, then they put me on a monthly VIP program. All they did was charge me an OUTRAGEOUS FEE & it got me nothing. $59.95 for a couple of points that didn't get me anything. SCAM, don't fall for it.
I bought the $19 for 2 shorts deal and they tried to hide the fact you have to become a VIP member and I had to cancel as soon as I made the purchase so I didn't get recurring ridiculous payments. The quality isn't all that either. The waste band is very loose and the strings are extremely long when tightening. They're even long when the waste is full loose. I also got the shortest length shorts they offer the 5" and they're still really long shorts. It's just disappointing to be so hyped up and this is what they were. I'd be even more upset if I paid the original absurd payment amount for these shorts.
I have been a member for a long time but now it seems like fabletics is always having a sale and items are cheaper than my membership credit. I have 3 credits and nothing that I want it's worth the $59.99 (credit).
The sale wasn't explained fully. Some things were hidden in small print. I learned I canceled whatever I unintentionally signed up for.
I love ordering from Fabletics. The clothing quality is awesome. Fabletis is crucial is reinventing myself, and my style.
If I get so many emails from a company, it's a turn off and then I'll just start deleting them before I even read them. It's too much besides that I'm getting too many text messages and they're basically the same messages auto generated over and over again… Every day! I don't have time for it and stressful
First off, the customer service and ability to exchange is amazing. 4 stars because some of the products are lacking compared to previous years. Some of the fits and quality miss the mark, but they have been good about returns. I do wish when returning there was an option to return for a different style and not just color (primarily thinking about swim bottoms).
The products are good quality. The problem seems to be mismanagement of the product and the web site. The process needs a good overhaul. The employees are very nice and helpful, however; they can only try to help customers within the faulty parameters they are given. Management should stop apologizing and hire tech people who know what they are doing.
Size availability is always iffy. They have been charging my old credit card number forever even though I have spoken to customer service. I was told they could not remove my old card number, makes no sense to me. Shipping is horrible. In the day of Amazon and getting packages so quickly they use a very antiquated method and it takes weeks at times to get items.
Be prepared not knowing when your package will arrive
I have been very happy with the leggings I have purchased, but my opinion of the company has been tarnished by nearly daily text messages about a "70-80% Off Everything Sale" or "2/$24 Leggings". When I follow the link there is no such sale. I'm now hesitant to buy anything more in case there will truly be a 70-80% off or 2/$24 sale soon.
There used to be so much more selection of color and cut and pattern. Now it just seems like they come out with a brand new pair of black leggings every month. Def not inspired to buy any more of those.
Everything I got fit well and look really nice. I got a lot of compliments.

I love the pieces I have and wear them constantly! Well made and great fits. Unfortunately, it got to a point where for months on end, the pieces I liked (and I assume are popular for a reason) in basic colors were never available in my size (S, XS). Sadly I had to ask them to refund my many months of banked subscription fees. I do plan to be back, hopefully I can jump on those items before the sell out.
Everything is of excellent quality, the packaging and shipping is great, it's as if I packed it myself. Super recommended
They make it difficult to checkout and get free shipping without signing up for monthly fee. And I couldn't find good comfortable basic black leggings with side pockets. Bought about 5 different ones and tried wearing multiple times before giving up. Just not comfortable.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
