Very happy with the products I purchased. They seem very well made and are very comfortable.
The shorts fit well but the inner liner is fraying after a few wears and 1 wash. Used the cell phone pocket once with an iphone 13mini and the seam is coming apart on one of the 3 pairs. The socks look like they have cushion but they're not a sturdy cotton. After 2 wears and 2 washes the white socks already have wear and fraying. They're cheap for a reason.
Trouble finding size to fit my shape in a legging. They all roll down.
The tops never fit right even when they added plus sizes & every month I was charged to my card even though I had went online to skip a month & you build up member rewards to only get left over stuff they probably could'nt sell.
The products were loose fitting and the quality was not great for the price.

I ordered four sets of workout clothes, the leggings and bra. I wear a small Size 6. So I ordered the small and everything was super tight and too small for me so I exchange for medium and still the clothing was too tight and small for me. I weigh 138 pounds and am 5'2". The fabric felt like fleece leggings. I didn't like that because at the gym you're sweating up a storm and I didn't want to feel hot in my workout clothes. One of the bras was supposed to have written across the top of it Fabletics, but it arrived and there was no wording on it so I did not get what I actually ordered, needless to say this whole process took over two months to complete. I sent everything back and asked for a refund so I would say the products are not true to size and read the descriptions before purchasing.
Terrible! I was unknowingly signed up for a monthly membership that I don't want, I spoke with a representative who reassured me that I'll never be charged again this $60 fee and the same thing happened again at the same time this month. This is terrible.I will never order from this company again
I am not fit nor confident. Sometimes the hardest part about exercising is getting out the door while knowing people will be looking at me as I walk. When I started my journey to lose weight, I had one ill-fitting pair of exercise leggings.
This company has not only given me leggings- it has given me confidence. The material of the leggings breathes, so I can walk in the summertime and not feel stifled. Leggings take care of the thigh rub problem and also offer sun protection, which is why I don't exercise outside in shorts.
I bought my first pair of colored leggings and wore them outside- a transcendent experience. You have been instrumental in helping me build confidence as I've started this lifestyle change.
If I could offer some recommendations, it would be simply to tone down the sexy. I noticed most of your models are rail-thin, and oftentimes the angles really attempt to make the person look as sexy as possible. I would really like to see more variety in both models and presentation (models who are incredibly muscular or have backgrounds as athletic instructors or athletes, less zooming and posing for the photos). I don't think your brand in particular needs to worry about attracting people via the illusion of sex appeal- I genuinely think your product speaks for itself, and I have had many conversations with friends who are aware of your company and have said some of the same things I said about their boost in confidence.
I hope this gets to someone who cares- this company is important to me, and I want someone to read this and understand that what you do and who you are is important, too.

Love the clothing and style options. But living in rural area and no stores nearby means we order online mostly. And delivery takes weeks to get here. Can get similar styles and quality from other vendors and far more quickly.
I love that Fabletics have tall leggings size version. And it fits like a glove. I wish they would have it in every design and color!
I have been a member for a while and have no issues with purchasing, skipping months, etc... but recently I had 2 returns. First return, I went to UPS to drop off and received a confirmation email from "Happy Returns" and Fabletics and refunded instantly. Second return, I received a confirmation email from "happy returns" but nothing from Fabletics and no refund. I contacted Fabletics customer service to be told to wait 3 weeks for the refund. We are on week 2 and nothing. The whole reason I reached out was because I feel like it was missed and overlooked and telling me to wait 3 weeks is just to get me to be quiet for a while and I will still have to reach back out. So i'm not sure I will purchase anything going forward if it's going to be this type of hassle to return something.
Fabletics workout leggings and shorts are the only items I would buy anymore. The quality and styles of the workout tops have decreased significantly. They are not made to cover a woman's chest well anymore under the arms as half your boobs fall out the sides or they don't cover your sports bra. Most of the styles are odd and uncomfortable to wear. In addition there are too many crop tops and and not enough that cover your stomach. I can't wear just a pretty sports bra for the same reason. You seem to cater mostly to young women who like to show their stomachs so have left us older women behind.
Shipping almost becomes a deal breaker as it takes 2 weeks to receive anything
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and I love them. Definitely the best shorts I have for working out or running errands.
Love the shorts and the polos, but the athletic shirts fit in a very weird way unlike any other athletic shirt I've purchased. They are not flattering at least for my body.
I was charged $59.99 for "VIP membership" after purchasing 2 for $19 shorts.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
