I purchased a top and bottom for a trip. I didn't open the package until I got out of the country. When I took the hoodie out of the plastic and put it on it had a razor straight cut. This is the 2nd piece that this happened with.

I ordered several items including 2 pairs of dress shorts and 2 pairs of athletic shorts. I ordered all 4 in the same size of 36w with a 7in inseam. The dress shorts fit great, but the athletic shorts were a disappointment. They were supposed to be a 7" inseam and they almost touch my knees. I have several other athletic shorts in a 7 and even 8" inseam and these are longer than all the ones I own. The bag they arrived in said 7" but I believe they are the 9" inseam shorts in the wrong bag, at least i hope they don't sell 7" inseam shorts that touch your knee. I was disappointed in the shorts but really didn't want to deal with the headache of sending them back.
A little to tight, I bought leggings elsewhere the same size and they are very comfortable.

I'm very satisfied with the overall experience when I receive an order any of your items which I think are great but I'm just experiencing all of these loose threading issues. In the crotch area and on the side there's all these loose threads that are always hanging and it's not from washing because I use the delicate cycle in my detergent is in harsh it's Dye perfume free. And because of the volume of things that I have from you I'm struggling with this fact and they're fairly new. That's my issue
Order the scrubs at the $19 special and I love them and I want to order more but I wish they were $19 always. I wear scrubs to work and I felt so restricted a lot and I'm not restricted at all in these thank you so much for making this style of scrub

The rep I spoke to was very insistent that a recent charge for non-use of the website not be lost. I asked for a refund, but he kept insisting that I use the credit balance on my account to make a purchase, which I didn't want to do. He didn't want to give up, but I finally won in the end.
I am always so happy when I order fabletics because of how good the clothes feel and fit. I also ordered them with a discount and not a lot of places to do that for example the big brands. And I love how fabletics seems to be getting compared to even the gym clothes that I wear and those big brands don't even come close to value or quality.
Sizing is off have ordered twice n either too big or too small
If your package gets lost in the mail (which seems to happen often), they will only ship what they have on hand and refund the other items. (Which sounds great in theory- because you're not out anything) however- Instead of offering to ship all the items when they come back in stock— they refund the popular item you ordered (that tends to run out of stock a lot) meaning you will never be able to purchase it at the discounted price ever again. So they manage to get people to pay the higher price for the popular items. Which is actually a very smart business tactic.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
