I am happy that Fabletics created scrubs because I am comfortable in my work clothes and can be more efficient. Other scrubs would fade quickly and the thigh area would easily rip.
Great Prices. Fast shipping. Different colors and styles which I like.
Workout shirts hold odor onto them. Rarely used and I've had to soak I'm vinegar already. Can't claim being odor resistant when it's the quickest foul smelling shirts I've ever purchased.

Good but let's make it great. The tall sizes are not long enough. I'm 6'4, I've bought the One Joggers and All-Shift Scrub Joggers, but are a little too short. Two more inches would be perfect. The high side chino was so short I had to return them. I honestly would like to return all of the one joggers I've purchased in exchange for shorts or something else. I love the new cloud jersey shorts, wish there were new/more colors. You guys should bring back The Training Day Tank, they fit much better than the Muscle version. During the times that you guys have a 50% off sale, I think the VIP credits should have double in value (1=2). It's just not worth using the credits during sales. Finally, there should be times throughout the year where VIP member get the 70% off offer that is given to new members.
Regular prices are such that I will never buy without a special deal.
So I went to the Fabletics store near me. I was curious about their work out gear and quality. I tried on several pairs and the staff was very polite and helpful. I'm still trying out the products to see how well they stand up to their name but so far I love them.
Love the store and experience. Wish there were more scrub options in store.
Pricing on Facebook said 2 shorts for $19. My bill was $50!
While my store experience is always awesome. The employees are amazing and so helpful, all the time. The material in the leggings is not the greatest. I know that you switched to recycled material and that's great, but it doesn't stretch, hold, or not roll down like it use to. Please bring that back.

FedEx lost this order in transit, and a reorder was placed via customer service on 5/4. That experience was okay, but I was disappointed that they were out of 4 of the 19 items I ordered. I received a $27.04 refund for a set (2 items). I was able to order color substitutions for 2 other items and received those without issue. The rest of the 15 items were reordered. I reached out to customer service again on 5/13 because FedEx was delaying my package again by a few days and I was concerned about it and I was becoming frustrated with the overall experience. The customer service representative told me to just check back on 5/20 and did not care at all. Later that day I received the package, but much to my dismay, it was missing 6 items that I ordered. There were 12 items instead of 15, including 3 random men's shirts/polos instead of the shorts/leggings I ordered. I was told they could reorder 3 items and that I would need to exchange the 3 polos for 3 items I originally ordered. I felt that was very unfair to expect me to print a label and go to a post office just to have my items that I ordered and paid for on 4/20 released to me? The representative told me they would release the exchange that day (5/13). Fine. I've obviously left some negative reviews about this experience, and today a "Chad" emailed me and issued an apology for the experience, and told me that I had been issued $42 in store credit (WHICH IS NOT TRUE)? My account shows $0.08 store credit and my bank account reflects the $27 return for the unavailable items on May 4. He went on to give instructions for creating a label to return the men's polos I had received by mistake, which once again, is frankly ridiculous. Fabletics seems to be incapable of processing a 19 item order. Additionally, I have not been offered any credit or compensation for this experience except for some email apology notes and a refund for products that I purchased and never received! I worked in retail for many years prior to becoming an ICU nurse, and I'm shocked at how this experience has been handled. I wish I could have just gotten my money back at this point. I also will not be recommending the scrub line of apparel to any of my colleagues after this. I really enjoy the product, which is why this was my second large order from Fabletics. But I wouldn't wish this nightmare of a shopping experience on anyone else.
The pants are too small I really like the color but it's to tide. I will like to exchange for a bigger size.
The products are generally good. They are comfortable and reasonably priced (on sale). The selection is almost always lacking. If you want black or gray and no designs, you are probably good. The problem is the customer support and shipping. Both shipments had issues and this last one had a slice right down the package, right down a pair of shorts. It's amazing that a knife even made it that close to a sealed package that had zero tape on it. Getting customer support is way harder than it needs to be. The first person dropped my chat when I didn't respond within 30 seconds. I'm not joking. I responded within the same minute and they closed the chat. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next agent. Horrible all the way around outside of the actual items you receive. 3 stars is a stretch, but I am wearing a pair of pants right now and I have to admit the product is good.
If you ever find the items anywhere but fabletics.com, you are probably going to be happy.
Love the fabrics and style. Really excited to have the pants and shirts for comfort and style this summer.
Fabric is very thick and irons easily. Chose the royal blue color and it fits comfortably on my body
I order on a regular basis and seldom have to return anything. I have enjoyed wearing everything I have purchased and love the convenience of shopping from home. I have especially been pleased with my booties and boots that I have purchased because they offer Wide calf boots and most of them have full length zippers. I can not wear boots with zippers that do not go to the top. All the footwear I have purchased are comfortable enough to wear working or walking on concrete and that is super important to me!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
