Saw these great looking pants and joggers in an advertisement. Kept looking at them and decided to order 2 pair. The price was very good and they looked nice. When I got them I was blown away with the quality. I am a true customer of Fabletics.

I love your scrubs but wish you had more color options. Not all colors work for all skin tones. With only one color release per month and being a new customer, I can not get previously released colors (ex. Navy blue) in the style I like, in a size that fits because they are always out of stock.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on your products and you initially did NOT honor my VIP status for some reason and I was not able to get VIP prices for the longest time. In essence, I had to RESTART my purchases to once again get VIP status. There were dozens of times when your products were advertised at a certain price (i.e, in an advertisement on Facebook) and when I went to the Fabletics' site that specific reduced price was NOT available. I called to complain and was told to take a "screen shot" of the advertisement which had already disappeared on Facebook because I had logged off. This is FALSE advertisement, and this has happened way too often. It's only because I like your products that I continue to be a customer. And, I should not have to take a "screen shot" of anything... ever. You can see I spend money on your site and I would not take my time to complain if I was lying. I simply want FAIR treatment and to be regarded as a VALUED customer since I choose to spend so much money on your site. I do NOT feel treated this way at all.
I find the website and membership super annoying. You pay over $60 for a membership credit and end up getting items that they have marked down to $24. I've also purchased items at full price and then a few days later they're half off. I really don't appreciate being charged a "tariff tax" - this is a cost of doing business that should belong to Fabletics ALONE. They are sure as hell making enough money to cover it with this scheme that they run. I doubt that adding this tax is even legal. Love the lines on the Oasis Pureluxe leggings and the feel of the fabric - but I'm always looking to cancel my membership because it just feels so scammy and annoying.
My order was going along with after pay, then I got a notification that another order went through my bank account! I notified them several times that I did not order anything else they took two payments and I hope the bank don't do any more. But other then that the scrubs could be a little lighter after all this is Arizona... Suzan
When I contacted Fabletics about nearly $1300. Of "credit" - for which I paid monthly "membership" fees, they acted as if I was speaking another language. They suggested I go into a Fabletics store, to get it taken care of. It never happened, and the marketing they do to hook customers into monthly fees should be out-lawed.

I was a member years ago and had a great experience. This time around I found the site very glitchy especially on the phone. I never received notifications about skipping the month and once on the site it is not easy to skip. You have to click skip(at which point you think you're done). Then you are shown products to look at and at the end of the page there is a second skip the month button that you must click in order to successfully skip a month of billing.
I was unsuccessful the first time I tried to skip and when I went to use my credit I only got one product. I thought you got to choose an outfit. I could have outright purchased the product for less. I will not be continuing.
I ordered a bathing suit that was clearly previously returned. The chest was oddly stretched out and the crotch protective shield was in the belly of the bathing suit. Gross and terrible quality assurance. The quality of the products has been steadily declining and leaning heavily on fabrics that are terrible for the environment. Y'all are doing bare minimum and it shows. I want to cancel my membership

My items arrived fast and well packaged. Everything fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier with all of my new leggings, sport bras and swim suits! Most comfortable I have ever been!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
