Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

The quality of the clothes and new styles is great. The biggest issue is both the app and online site don't communicate and relay the same information. When trying to place an order some items will show pick up available in store. Try to add to cart and the function won't proceed to the next screen. Try it on a web browser and it works. It's a lot of back and forth but the biggest issue is the My Reviews portions. I've had over 8 different orders recently and NONE I am able to review to get points. Online with a web browser it says, " Sorry, you don't have any products to review." while the app shows all eligible items I can review. I try to review them on the app and they don't remove from the list or generate the review points in my balance. It is frustrating and I guess the only way we are rewarded is by purchases. Never seen an another company site and app be this terrible. Will probably be ending up cancelling my membership after this next order ships.
I am really glad we have the options to skip a month in this membership. I mainly purchase for my daughters and grandchildren at Christmas and birthdays so it's nice to be able to skip a month!
Just so basic and ugly. Once in a while they are okay… mostly though, I dislike the options. Front seams? Why? Unstylish prints and really unflattering shapes.
I am a new Fabletics customer, and the product quality and options are amazing. I also enjoy flash sales and opportunities to make impulse buys. My only issue is the delivery process and the time it takes. I don't understand how there is a subscription but no free delivery. I've also experienced orders getting lost in the delivery process and I have to contact customer service and go through the process of getting a new shipment. It would be great if they could ship items from the Charlotte store vs CA. However, I will stick with it for a few more purchases to see if I can get the 5-star experience.
These are definitely shipping direct from
China which means it can be weeks before your things arrive. Size is not consistent, especially between different styles.
The "membership" requires effort and digging on the website to opt out of the month, which makes it difficult to manage your spending.
They quality of their products is outstanding. I have purchased shorts, shirts and underwear. I have been highly impressed with the quality and durability
I have been a member of Fableletics for years.
I have never returned anything.
I have jackets, leggings, tops, slippers.
I love every item.
The quality is great and there are styles for all body types.
Supper easy to skip a month or two then pick up where you left off.
Thanks fabletics.
My only complaint is when there are specials they are typically out of my size.
Online shopping can be "hit or miss." However, the Fabletics brand makes the most accurate descriptions of their products, the sizing and the delivery process. I am a true fan and love my shorts.
I have ordered pants from Fabletics for my husband and he loves them. The problem is they are NEVER in stock. Sure, they have sales but his size is never available!
I absolutely love the running shorts I bought! However, they were very pricy since I didn't want to "sign my life away" to the membership. If the cancellation process was very clear and/or a feature to pause the monthly payments then it would be a great way to get some great shorts for running!
Had no idea one purchase would automatically sign me up for a membership that cost $60 a month. And when I called to inquire, I was told yes, it was in "fine print" when I placed the order. Admitting it was in "fine print" tells me they know this is a sneaky practice. I called my bank to dispute the charge and got my money back.
Saw ad…needed a bra…believed your guide…paid the expensive fee…received item…wrong size (even though it was my size). Ordered another expensive bra because I made the wrong selection and boom the bigger one is still not my size. Manipulation over…not reputable…showing things that are not true for orders…I'm retired and will spend my money on real advertising…not lies
The title says it all. I have nothing bad to say about anything I have ever purchased. I have been a member since the first month they started, learning about them in the beginning stages of cloud computing and how Microsoft helped them with their analytics at a conference. If you haven't tried them you're missing out. I bet there are 30 leggings of various lengths, sizes, materials for every purpose of life, tank tops, t-shirts, bras everything has been the best.
Site feels intentionally confusing and complex. Same product split into different pages based on color, sale price, etc instead of putting them all together based to see what's really available. Also, it shouldn't take 5+ clicks to skip a month.
I make a purchase of about 8 items - primarily undergarments. I really liked these items and they were the reason I reinstated my membership. Everything was fine until I received a notification my order was shipped and 4 items were cancelled. I would've appreciated the opportunity to cancel the order or purchase similar replacements rather than just shipping the rest of the order. Customer service reps were no help.
Love all the colors available and the fit was great for my teen son.
Easy order, great choices and great quality! Great support and material choices!
Customer service has been great when I've had questions, however the last few things I've received have been too small and not very accurate to size.
As someone who is talk and on the slimmer side - It is very difficult to purchase clothing online. When I go into the stores (located in central Florida - Orlando / Tampa locations) there is a lack of colors and sizing. I was just in the mall location in Tampa and they had minimal selection for men. Its almost as though the men's selection is an after thought and makes me question why I have a membership
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
