The requirement to be in their premier monthly program and charged monthly, unless you remember to "opt-out" is nothing more than a shill to force you to pay expensive prices for very cheap import knockoffs. The quality of their products is subpar compared to the likes of Lulu, Veori, Athletica, etc. I was with Fabletics for 2-3 years through this program and more often than not ended up buying something I didn't need to satisfy my "membership credit" because I would forget to optout monthly. I will say I like there athletic shorts, the scrubs are "decent" and look cute but again the quality is poor - my scrub pants are already wearing out and I've only worn them 1x/week for less than 3-4 months as I cycle through my outfits. Bottom line I do not recommend them because of their business model and poor quality products.
You can buy only so many workout clothes. More choices, more colors and more pockets. Do not need any more basic colors.

I love my Fabletics, but recently I noticed the warning upon check-out that has me questioning the safety of wearing them: WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.p65warnings.ca.gov I feel sick wondering why clothing has to be toxic. Why would you sell a product that, "can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm"? Ugh.

I love Fabletics and purchase often- the quality and pricing for members is amazing. However, I have to contact support more often than I'd like and while they always help resolve my issues I get frustrated having to spend time reaching out. As an example, when I try to redeem points for product, I've never had this work smoothly and have always had to reach out for someone to do it manually- I've been told it's a bug. Most recently, I was sent an incorrect item and with the normal rather slow shipping times, I'm not slated to receive the right items until weeks after ordering. Additionally, one thing I found odd lately is the amount of surveys. I was sent one that took like 20 mins and then this one a week later. Overall a happy customer with just a few comments :)
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product but why does shipping take so long? Compared to other businesses the shipping is not good. It takes so long to get an order! Customer service is not as good as when I first joined.
My Experience has been Great. Love everything I received. I will be ordering soon. Next time I will order more.
Used to love these leggings but the quality is just not there anymore. The tops of the pockets on the leggings jut out and have a weird seam

I ordered some items from FABLETICS of course not really reading the fine print. I guess I had never fallen into a CLOTHING MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRITION until this point. I would absolutely keep ordering from them but not at the non member price. For just about the same price you can just buy LULU and so I most likely will not buy from FABLETICS again even though I really liked their product.

Poor fit, material is not comfortable. Not worth the price and shipping took forever.
The ribbed material has a strange and uncomfortable feel to it.

Always easy to deal with, if needed. Quality of fabrics have always been very nice, soft and substantial. I need styles for my more mature body, so those are limited, but I can occasionally find something that covers my midriff and is loose in that area. If you have a younger body, fabletics is a good choice as they are stylish, yet more affordable than some other brands. Response time for orders is very quick, plus returns are easy.
My items were delivered on time and in good condition. I am happy with my purchase and frequently wear the items I bought.
I'm trying to find some clothing that actually fits me from Fabletics. But they trick you. You go to exchange the clothing and they ship something to you right away, but you may not realize you were just charged for that. Then when you return the first thing (that you needed to exchange) they just give you store credit. That's manipulative and misleading. On top of which, while you're waiting MULTIPLE weeks for your return credit to hit your account, they may just go ahead and charge you again for the monthly VIP credit. The whole things feels like (because it mostly is) a scam.

I really like the clothing and offerings from Fabletics. The quality, fit, and feel of the clothing is great. Soft, stretchy fabrics that fit well and allow room for movement. They feel and look good on me. I like the website that shows how the clothing fits on different models. It gives a truer depiction of the clothes on different body types/sizes. Great for the consumer! There are though 3 issues that I have with Fabletics... First is the pricing. The cost of the clothing when it's on sale is great. Everything is affordable. However when the items aren't on sale, they are sometimes 2x - 5x the cost of the items on sale... which seems really high for the items off-cycle. I'd rather sale prices come up a bit so the regular prices can come down in order to normalize the average cost to produce/sell their items. Second is lack of inventory, but I notice this is often tied to their sales. When I want to purchase items, they're hardly ever in stock or in stock in very limited quantities. I assume that Fabletics limits sale pricing to only certain quantities in order to remain solvent. It makes sense to me from a business sense, but it's frustrating as a consumer. And my third and last issue with Fabletics is a quality improvement... The zippers. The zippers on theirs items, clothing and bags, are really tough to pull open/closed. The teeth sometimes won't interlock smoothly. It's a little disappointing that it only works as designed maybe 50% of the time. I have to pull the zipper a few times before it'll move. Other than this, I really like quality of Fabletics clothing.
Love the jackets as well as the athletic wear. It was easy to return in store. I love the style and colors available to me.
I am very unhappy and was to cancel this subscription. I was having money taken out directly but just lost the credits to purchase so its like they just had access to literally steal from me. Its unacceptable and totally sucks!

I love all of your clothing!
Always comfortable. Material is great. No wrinkling. Great styles! Ordering is simple.
The quality of the clothes are great but the monthly subscription cost is too much. I don't buy enough clothes or have the need to buy that many to make it worth it.
The wear, fit and finish are great. Someone at this company needs to realize, that at least in men's clothing, no one wears a small. I would have purchase way more products if they weren't constantly out of xl. I'm 6'2 205. Thus I cancelled my membership.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
