Fabletics is great! I love the clothes and the fit is always perfect!
My order got stuck in transit and it took over a month for Fabletics customer service to tell me anything other than be patient it will get there. Eventually I got a refund. I found out after I received my refund that 2 of the 3 items I ordered were out of stock. I should have been notified about that WAY before then. I canceled my membership immediately as this was the first time I ordered from them and with results like these I had no interest in thier service.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Fabletics store in Torrance Last week. I was particularly disappointed by the helpful and dismissive attitude of the manager, Florentino.
Prior to my visit, I contacted Fabletics corporate customer service to clarify the exchange process. I was explicitly informed that I could exchange my item without any issues. However, upon arrival at the Torrance store, Florentino contradicted this information and refused to process my exchange.
His conflicting information and Florentino's dismissive attitude created a frustrating and upsetting experience. I left the store feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer,
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere in the Torrance location was noticeably different from other Fabletics stores I have visited. The staff seemed reluctant to assist and displayed a negative demeanor, which I believe stems from the manager's poor example.
Am deeply disappointed by this experience, especially given the consistently positive service I have received at other Fabletics locations. I urge you to address the issues at the Torrance store, particularly the conduct of Florentino, to ensure that other customers do not have similar negative encounters.
I aappreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a resolution that reflects Fabletics' commitment to customer satisfaction.

When I saw the sale for everything 50% off, I went shopping. At the end I ordered 2 items. One item was 50% off and the second one was only 15% off.

I was drawn in by the initial offer. It was great. But I didn't know if I was going to like the brand, so I didn't order but a few things. Now i'm happy with the brand but not the pricing and the items that are in stock. IF/WHEN something I want goes on sale, it's never available in the size I want. New colors every month. Good luck getting them in a size you want. Overall the quality is great, for the original 'new customer' prices. After that I have yet to want to spend $30 on a pair of shorts, and if a color combo came in the email that I wanted, it was never available when I looked.
I love Fabletics so much that I got my best friends to get some things from them. Fabletics is my favorite brand for shorts I recommend you look at the models for preference because in most things I have to size down.
I like the clothing. If you catch the deals right, you can really get some great value. I only need so much clothing so after a month I don't see the need to stay a member. The most annoying part is the website. It is very cumbersome and slow to navigate. Overall I would recommend fabletics to others.
I like the leggings, good quality. But I bought a fleece and on the first day when I was trying them on the drawstring that ties them at the waist broke.

This was my first time ordering from Fabletics, I always thought it was overrated. But when I got my pieces, I was very very excited. The material feels so good and it holds you. Well I got four leggings and love them all. I have to exchange two of the pieces for larger sizes because they compress very very very well.
I love Fabletics and I love their membership perks as well, my entire family uses my Fabletics account and wears Fabletics on the daily. I have leggings from you guys that I've had for four years and they STILL are in perfect condition. It's like, I don't even have to buy leggings anymore because they never wear or tear on me, good thing you guys have other stuff :D
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
