The fit on the leggings is flattering. Excellent variety of colors to choose from.
I wear a 2XL. Some scrub tops are labeled 2X, which are fine, but the ones labeled XXL are significantly smaller. Now I will no longer order their scrubs online because I have no idea which version I'll be getting. Sizing should be consistent! Also, there is a weird seam down the front of the tops that serves no purpose and should be eliminated. Other than that, I really like them, they are comfortable and seem well made.
Automatic charges are unwarranted. Also if you want to save your credits, you have to pause your membership. If you cancel, you lose the credits

Spent a bunch of time on the site deciding what I wanted. Placed a big order. After placing the order was sent a message that some of the stuff was no longer in stock. Then I never even got the order. Had to call 3 weeks later to get all my money back. Just placed another order, and I never received a confirmation e mail. I don't even no if you guys are sending it to me, or if you even got the order.
Ordered 6 items. Tops were all strangely shaped- bagged out oddly, or were strangely proportioned (very short, super wide), leggings were so-so, but unflattering even on slim figure. Tried to return them. Ended up with 2 return codes - 3 items on each. There was no indication of which items were on which code. I called fabletics snd after usual long wait was told that the second code covered all 6 items. Drove to ups (45 minutes for me), to be told that the code only covered 3 items, and they had no way to tell which items those were. The other code showed expired. Called - another long wait. They sent a "new" code. Next day, I drove back (45 more minutes, and by now probably more in gas $ than I'd get from the return). Ups said the "new" code showed up as already used, so they couldn't take it. Another call, while I had to explain I'm leaving town and can't spend ANOTHER 2 hours getting this return to them. Got a runaround and was told they'd send me a label to print so I can drive another 45 minutes to try again. Never, ever do business with these clowns! I'm expecting yo see fraudulent charges for their membership, which I cancelled early. No integrity, and no understanding of how business is done in the us. They may be able to get away with this in Asia (not one of the 4 customer service folks I spoke with had a full grasp of English, and all were clearly reading from standard scripts without the ability to understand either my issues or their own replies), but we expect some integrity here. If you say easy returns, you need to provide that! Fabletics does not! Tried to speak with a supervisor. After a long wait, it still didn't happen. Nothing about this company is ok. Don't fall for the ads. You'll regret it!
Came for an exchange and literally could not get anyone to help me. The girl Becca was rude and seemed annoyed anytime I asked for a new size. Don't go to the Legacy West location!

I am a VIP member and often what I would like is out of stock so I wait in order to use my credits. While I like the leggings, frequently the posted sales prices are much lower than my credit fee. I have had difficulty contacting customer service.
I love the fabletic line. Their website struggles pretty badly. Do not try to order on your mobile device. I don't know what needs to happen but it lags, doesn't load, impossible
Ordered several performance shirts. All fit perfectly and really quality materials. Used my credits to get an even greater value. But worth the price. Also, very quick delivery. Will continue to purchase from Fabletics.

I love my uniforms, fits well and comfortable. My athletics wear are stylish and very relaxed fitting. Also I buy on sale which is always within my budget

I have great experience with Fabletics. I have purchased gifts for my family members in both men's and women's. Recently was even able to purchase a onesie for my grandson.

I always forget on due every month to skip membership credit charges about one or two days pass and i call to the customer service and I'll tell them that I forget to skip and they always understood me and canceled to me.

I started buying Fabletics for my girlfriend last Christmas and she loves everything that I get her from here and when I had to return or exchange things that didn't fit her there was no problems and when I had an issue and needed to talk to customer service they were very polite and got my account fixed in no time
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
