My shoes never arrived. I have had a notification of "waiting for carrier to pick up" since a few days after I purchased (back in November) Terrible communication.
The selection for bigger kids is slim so it was becoming harder to spend credits. I let the credits build up, having no idea that credits expire and lost my hard-earned money. I canceled my membership a few months ago and only logged in to spend the credits I have left before they expire and suddenly I'm charged a member credit again! I did not subscribe!
