I ordered 2 pairs for my daughters. I just reviewed the sizes and they are incorrect. I ordered a size 1y and size 9t. I received a 13 (which luckily still fit my daughter) and a size 8t (unfortunately it didn't fit my daughter) when trying to create an exchange it stated they were having problems and I needed to contact cuarto er service

Shoes are super cheap, but you get what you pay for. They fall apart after a couple of wears. Perfect for when you need shoes for just one event.

When i order the shoes, it came up with a magazine. If i return the magazine, i could get $25 refund. I received shoes, but no magazine, no one response my concerns, diasppointed.

Had no idea they came with no boxes.
The sandles came wat too small om the front strap. My baby's toes would not fit and she does not have chubby feet.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
