Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Used a prior discount and paid for shipping. They sent the incorrect size shoes. Had to contact and advise several times. Finally someone understood and offered to send the correct size, but only after I had returned the incorrect sized shoes. I told them it was rediclous I had to go through the trouble of returning the shoes, much less first returning the incorrect ones before I could even receive my actual order I already paid for and also paid shipping for. By the time I'd had actually received the shoes I ordered it will have likely taken 3 whole weeks. After saying ok, they then advised that they didn't even have the size I originally ordered anyway. So, then, I wasted ALLL my time trying to figure out what was going on and also agreeing to accept an exchange with nothing offered as compensation for the huge inconvenience. The company could have at-least offered my discount back to me since it went to waste in the end, or offered to ship the corrected shoes the moment they found out they sent the wrong size. All this wasted over a $10 pair of shoes. I canceled my supposed "VIP" membership and absolutely will never purchased from them again.

I bought my daughter 2 pairs of the slip on tennis shoes they were on sale or they had a special for 2 pairs it was under 20 for both.she wears them both to school. She said they are very comfortable.we will definitely be buying more shoes from yall. She loves fab kids shoes and she says she gives them ten stars…

I ordered several pairs of shoes for my toddler and older daughter. Out of the first set, only one pair fit right. I exchanged them for either a size smaller or bigger. Out of those still one pair. I was able to get 2 out of 10 pairs to work. It seems like they needed half sizes because only certain parts would fit regardless if I tried a size smaller or bigger. I told them the issue and they offered a refund and to exchange all credit back to the card since most of the styles of shoes don't fit my daughters' feet right.

I purchased a shirt for each of my nephews, and one for my niece, plus a pair of shorts for one of the boys. The clothes are of good quality, came quickly, and I only paid $30 for all of it. I can skip each month, meaning I'm not charged anything, yet maintain the VIP level membership. I have the same membership with Fabletics and have found it pays for itself! I'll definitely order some more items as the summer months come.

I don't like that the credit of $60 if you don't use it goes as 1 ticket and when you are going to use it the item you are buying can be $20 only and it will take the whole $60

I love the look of the boots. I got them for my 12 year old niece. I call her kitty. They were given to her for Easter, along with some candy. My sister loves them and they came right on time for the rainy days and she's been wearing them to school.

The items received were of much lower quality than I'd expect for the price of the items. I found a much better quality version at Walmart of all places, for half the price being charged on FabKids.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
