The sizes for shoes were out of line. A size 7 in kids is a size 9 in women! Quite the shock. But the return process was quite painless. The refund was quick. Revisiting and buying a new smaller size took very little effort. The quality in products are always on point! I truly appreciate the entire process not being overly complicated nor did it take any longer than a new order would take.
The options were great, cost was attractive, and received our shoes in no time. The quality seems to be great too!

There was a big selection, but had a hard time finding the right size in something my kid would willingly wear. Shipping was fast and arrived on time. The shoes were wrapped in paper and put in a bag for shipping and the shoes got a little squished in shipping.
I always get excited when my FabKids package arrives because my great grandchildren really love the clothes and shoes. I am so happy that the clothes are not just cute & unique, but also well made. The shoes are also super fun and of good quality. One of my granddaughters says that I am "the best gift giver." That is thanks to FabKids for helping me find some of the best clothes & shoes for the kids I love.
I ordered more than 2 weeks ago i got an email that the order shipped but then u got a message 2 days later that my order will be delayed. It has been delayed twice and it still says " when it ships". So are my daughters shoes on the way or not if not i need a refund now.
