They delivery date was originally before school started, then changed again to a date before school started then changed to a date after school started to now no delivery date, and items still have not shipped. Slightly frustrating, the price was great but the unexpected delays kinda a bummer. The kids were excited for there shoes.
The shoes are never a disappointment. Amazing deals. Shipping takes awhile and the clothes run small otherwise I'm a happy customer.

Our first order never arrived. I had to reach out multiple time to inquire about the status and request a replacement order be sent. And even with the replacement order, I had to reach out several about the status because my order was not delivered on the date estimated and when I reached out, a date couldn't be provided as to when I vould expect our items. It took over 2 months to receive our order. It was absolutely ridiculous.
My first and last experience, I ordered some shoes for my daughter for school on 8/8 and here it is 9/1 still no shoes.
I've ordered from fabkids previously and the first time there wound up being a shipping issue. This time the very first week, my daughter wore a pair of pink sandals and they broke the second time that she wore them. And when i was trying to complete the order there was $10 that was supposedly available promotion, but I wasn't able to add it to my order and for some reason if added it causes the total due to actually go up! So in the long run I wasn't able to use that promo or my credit points either for an additional amount off?

Shipping takes quit a long time but as far as the shoes themselves they are average quality and the first buy is great you get a great price to become a member
