I like the subscription idea of this. Having three kids it's nice to be able to have their shoes delivered monthly. The only issue that I had was that the monthly fee that I'm paying for seem to be more than the prices of the shoes and I only received one credit. If I'm paying a monthly subscription I believe that it should cover shipping and other fees. Seems like they're getting one over on me when I pay more than the shoes that I'm getting. When I use a credit I should not have to come out of pocket for any other cost but it didn't seem like that was the case. Every time I use a credit I still had charges to cover when I had already paid my monthly subscription fee. So I guess if you are okay with paying more than the value of the shoe then I would say the subscription is for you.

Sent 2 different shoes for my 5 year old. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to deliver the shoes to a return point that was over 50 miles from where I lived. Refused to compensate me in anyway

I ordered my daughter three pair of shoes for her birthday and I needed them for a specific day. The delivery date was supposed to be for Saturday. I placed the order a week prior. At the end of the day the package came two weeks later. I was very disappointed and I understand things happen but the site and FedEx had two different dates, it kept changing later and later, it was a hot mess. Two years ago I paced an order and the same thing happened which is why two years later I tried to give it another shot. Sorry but never again.
