I thought the clothes and shoes would look cheap but they're great! The customer service is great too. The site was a little tricky with the inventory, but I was able to it figure out and received my daughters light up shoes. I kind of had to trick the website, so that should be fixed. To skip payments is simple too! I love it.

I ordered size 2T outfits for my daughter who is currently wearing 18mos. When received, the outfit sizes were inconsistent. 1 pair of pants did appear to be closer to 24 mos sizing, but the others were smaller than the 18mos outfits that my daughter is currently wearing. The outfits are adorable and quality is good, but the sizing is off

The fact you have to subscribe to a membership is ridiculous and a huge turn off. We did receive the ordered shoes but one of the pairs was a size six though the box even said a size four to match the order!

I ordered the dino and unicorn duck boots for my kids to go camping in. They are perfect. The sherpa lining keeps their feet warm and they are good at keeping them dry as well. As an added bonus they are super cute!

I had made a large order that was delivered, according to all the documentation. Unfortunately when I got home it was not still on my porch. I called to report the issue and reorder the items (I didn't expect to get anything for free I just wanted help to reorder the entire order rather than manually finding all the items online again in all the sizes) I was told to call back in 2 days. When I called back in two days, I was again on the phone for an extended period of time and asked to call back again in another 2 days. By this time there was no chance of ordering my items and getting them in time to give as gifts. I had asked repeatedly if I should just reorder them myself and was told to call back, call back, call back.

There is a wide variety of styles, the pricing is fair, the products are perfect, and the customer service is helpful and accommodating. I even helped my mother make an account and she is very satisfied as well.

This company says they are convenient and won't charge you if you skip months. Lies! Then you have a "credit" that needs to be used in their VERY over priced items. So you purchase items, shipping isn't too bad but not covered in the "credit". The products aren't amazing in any way, except the cost! This company is out for money disguised as helpful for busy parents.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
