I will be cancelling my subscription due to the lack of sizes. The sizes are geared toward a different body type. The variety of items also have declined in originality and that touch of wow. I loved fab kids for a very long time but my time with the company will soon end sadly.

My 5 yo daughter is very happy with her light up unicorn shoes. The shoes have good padding inside and are made with durable materials. Super cute too!

I changed my address on your site, and you guys still had it shipped to my old address. You told me to contact the shipper and they would resolve the situation. I spoke with the shipper and they agreed to change the address and have it shipped to my new address. When the USPS text told me my package was out for delivery to my old address, I immediately contacted them and got part 1 of my order delivered to the correct address. The second part was supposedly forwarded to my new address on December 19,2022. I live 15 minutes from my previous address in the same state. There is no reason why I haven't received them yet. Your site had been saying for weeks that my package is on the way. When I will my daughter receive her Christmas boots?

The whole - skip the month is a pain in the rear. The email reminder is nice, but when you click on skip the month, it doesn't take you to skip the month. So, the whole premise is a pain.

The shoes I ordered in a kids size came to me in an adult size! I ordered before Christmas and they just came to me in January.

I love the clothes but cancelling the subscription service is a pain and completely inconvenient. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to order. Due to this I would not recommend anyone signing up for the service.

Clothes quality is acceptable but the prices are too high for what you get in my opinion. Especially as the cost has gone up over the years. Also, the styles are too youthful for the sizing available. My children have stopped wearing what's available by the time they reach 8 or 9 but sizing goes all the way up to 16 I think with no changes in style. It would be great if they would incorporate some more tween/teen styling. I've been wanting to cancel my membership for a while but don't want to lose the credits I have accumulated by forgetting to skip the auto payments. Unfortunately it's been difficult to even find something worth spending my money on to use up the credits and close the account.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
