Well, once again I'm completely disappointed and feel like the boxes are getting worse. My daughter and I used to look forward to this box like it was Christmas. I have been a member for three years. I just canceled my membership. I feel like the stuff they are sending is cheap and doesn't even go with the theme of fall. There wasn't anything pumpkin or orange in the box. The scarf feels nice but the fuzz balls are everywhere. I can't even talk about the jewelry holder how ridiculous it is. Cottonelle toilet wipes? Serious? Save your money ladies, there are so many other subscription boxes out there. With the competition so strong, I would think that this company would step up their game but it just looks like they have lost interest. Spending my money somewhere else.
I finally canceled my subscription and expected to be refunded from the Fall Add-on Lilley Anderson Bundle.
I had been waiting over six weeks from time of payment and all I get is empty promises. I don't want to order items (even if a great value) from a company that cannot provide honest and accurate information. They need to get their act together, although most companies like this could care less about the poor reviews because they are already making money. If I were one of the Customers supplying items for these boxes I would be concerned about the credibility the issues with this company is causing.

Don't expect to get your box within a month after you ordered it. Had to wait over 2 weeks for it to be even shipped. Talked to customer service about it multiple times and they didn't do anything to expedite the process. With companies like Amazon being able to deliver products in 2 days I don't know how this company will survive. Horrible customer service.

I have been a member for some time now. While not all the boxes or items have been my style or worth it. Many items are "repeats" and have inflated pricing so it makes the boxes seem worth more than they really are. Many items you can find at ULTA for less than what FFF are saying the prices are. But I have always found someone who loved those items - which made it fun to share with my friends. But lately I have found that the SHIPPING has been the WORST. Downright, absolutely the WORST. They recently had an edit sale - basically a cleaning out their closet sale - which is ok. On April 16th I was charged for the items in my cart. I was told within 10 days my items would ship - ok not that bad in my opinion. On April 24th - right on time box box shipped - yet I still haven't received it? Its now May 14th - no box. I contacted customer service only to be given the runaround for DAYS... I was told I was being shipped out another box and received tracking yet it wasnt really tracking - it was a notification of a label was created. So basically the box hasn't shipped and I will be charged for the summer box on May 20th. I am SURE I will not receive my items by then as well. They sit on your money for as long as they can, ship out your items and hope for the best? Nothing FAB about that. SKIP FABFITFUN...
Since then, I have tried another subscription box - CAUSEBOX. INCREDIBLE items, customer service as well as it helps women in other countries (where most of the handmade items come from) SO IMPRESSED with CAUSEBOX.

The Cottonelle wipes were a sponsored item this season and weren't included in the total retail value of the box. Each season's box is completely different and this season's box was valued at over $375! We hope that you'll enjoy future season's boxes if this one wasn't your thing. I received a gift certificate from a client. When i redeemed it, they required a credit card. That to me seemed odd since the GC covered the full amount of the box. 3 months later, i see a charge. I contacted them and told them what happened, They refused to credit my CC even after I told them i would be happy to refuse the shipment or return the box unopened. They still said no and said it was a subscription. They finally said that they will give me a partial refund and will get the rest of the of the refund after they receive the box in their warehouse. This only happened after i threatened to file a complaint to BBB. I still feel like this is a bad business practice. Imagine how many charges the company can make when people don't pay attention especially when the boxes arrives every 3 months. Most people forget about it. What upsets me is that you require a CC to redeem a gift. I undertstand if it was a free or trial sign up but not to redeem a gift.

All members that sign up (with or without a gift card) are enrolled in our seasonal subscription plan as stated during the checkout process. At this time, we do not have a one box option without beginning a subscription. Once signed up, all members receive an email confirming their subscription plan as well as information about canceling their subscription. We also send a billing notification email each season, letting members know when they can expect to be billed and how to cancel, if that is what they prefer. I'm so happy to hear that our customer care team was able to make that exception and refund the box charge! I've been waiting for any updates on my box, it says it takes 10 days after you order it to receive it, But it took more than 20 days You need to improve your shipping methods, if you have a high demand you should prepare ahead of time so your clients get a good experience!

First, I got lucky - I got to try Fab Fit Fun half off because they did a Leap Year special a year and a half ago. I loved my first box so much that I immediately signed up to be a Select Member. When my year subscription came up, I signed up again & I will be doing so for a 3rd run. My boyfriend laughed at me with my last box, he said "you act like it's Christmas!" Because I do. Being a select member means I get to choose the variation of some of my items (which I love!) but Fab Fit Fun has done a great job at picking high quality items that I use in my everyday life. It forces me to try new styles, makeup & brands. I have found some really great products that I love too. :)

I do review products on their particular websites but I do not post anything in a public forum. I have been a member of FFF since December and the Editor's box was the first one I received followed by Spring 2017 etc. Overall I loved my boxes, some more than others. I received a broken item in my Summer box and called Customer Service. They were pleasant and assured me that a replacement would be sent out, eight days later I had a new Cargo highlighter. In my opinion the CS department is courteous and helpful. The other thing I will say is will you love every item you receive in this, or any, subscription program... most likely not. That is subjective, every person has their likes and dislikes. Personally I am looking forward to Fall 2017. The choices offered are fantastic and I think this will be my favorite box to date!

I received my first box today from FabFitFun. There were 9 items - I will use all but 1: a full size blowout conditioner that smells great. I just don't blowdry my hair. One of the other tubes leaked during transit - I called and immediately got "Monica" who offered to replace the leaking tube and the item it leaked on. I had no trouble, didn't need to ask for the replacements, they were offered. My experience with customer service at FFF has been great. And, the other items will start getting used TONIGHT.

I've received the Spring and Summer boxes and LOVED them! So many different items in the box. In the Summer box, the Cargo highlighter was broken in my box, so I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement item. A beautiful eye shadow pallet. Loved how quickly they responded to me. Can't wait to receive my Fall box! So Excited!

I am a preferred customer: I paid for a full year in advance for the privilege of selecting some of the items in my box. My first two boxes were great! But the Summer 2017 box was a disaster!
Their system crashed on opening day of selections. Took two days to get it right. Made my choices. The box did not ship for more than a month after it was supposed to ship. Also, my selections were not honored.
To be fair, they have offered a credit, which I appreciate. But in all cases, it was my reaching out to them that brought me answers. When they could not ship on time or ship the items I preferred, they should have reached out to me. There was no notice of late shipment. There was no acknowledgement of not filling my order as requested. What's the point of being a preferred customer if you don't get what you prefer? I will not renew.

I am new to FabFitFun. I started this year with the Editor's box and the Summer box and I have been really impressed with this subscription box service. The editor's box was gorgeous and so versatile. The summer box was perfect and so worth the money and I am a really discriminating person with high expectations. Thanks. I have received two boxes so far, and if you plan to cancel, you need to read the terms and conditions before even ordering one box!
I received a damaged item and notified them. They responded right away and fixed the issue without a problem. Overall I am pleased with my purchase!

I order this box more than a month ago and it hasn't even shipped yet! And they're FAQs is total bs a total lie! "For new members: If you sign up for the current seasons box, your box will ship within 10 business days." WELL ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH! If there is a "back up" then they should freakin take the initiative to put that one their site and email the people whose money they've already taken! Also they should let people know of this bs before they sign up!

My first box was a "test the waters" box... I ordered it in May and it was rec'd quickly. Since it was between seasons I got the editors box. Loved it so I decided to subscribe. I was charged a month ago and still no box. I've reached out to them 3 times and have received the standard didn't expect the volume your box will be shipped shortly. Well I'm done. I've cancelled my subscription. I will be disputing the cc charge.

When you sign up you fill out a survey so that we can understand you as a customer, this information is used so that we can look at our customers as a bigger picture and try our best to curate a box that all of our members will be happy with. Your survey responses do not customize your box, with the exception of a few choice and select options we make available to members each season all members will receive the same box. This season all members were able to choose a hobby and a beauty boost they prefer and we curated your box based on those choices. To take it a step further our annual members were able to select which color they wanted based on 3 items inside of the box. I ordered my box on June 18th they immediately debited my account. It has been over 10 business days and still not shipped. When you contact them they give you this canned response shipping will be within 7-10 business days of your order. I said are you listening it has been over 10 business days. She comes back on and says oh it will ship soon. Still waiting!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
