This company is such a letdown. I ordered a seasonal box last night. Waited 2 years to be able to do it so I was very excited. This morning I live chatted and asked about upgrading. I told cust. Svc. That I needed to change the billing card first. She IMMEDIATELY charged me the full year PLUS the cost for first box. So $200. I did cancel my membership through her and they did refund the 179.99 for the annual but not the 39.99 for first box. I gave one star because I got the 179 back.
I ordered 2 editors boxes and specifically picked an item for each box as gifts. I did not get what I ordered and they send something else instead. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "oh well". They have apparently pulled the bait and switch a lot. The customer service is the worst. They do not help solve the problem.

The box came quickly, and was okay. I used a promo code for my first box. About a week later, I received another small box from them, and I had no idea why. Turns out, it was 3 items I had looked at from the edit sale and put in my cart, but didn't hit a "pay now" button. They sent no email confirmation, and no prices were listed on the invoice. Total scam! I canceled that moment.

Worst online policy. Not transparent and they willl continue to rip people off without their authorization. They processed $180 worth of products that I had in my SHOPPING CART. I never processed the order b/c I was still deciding on what I wanted to prlurchase. I got busy with work and noticed a week later that I was charged $180 on my credit card. I emailed Fabfitfun to ask why and they said they automatically process all items added to the SHOPPING CART for their Edit Sale and its noted somewhere on their website. Id like to know who actually reads everything on a website? In addition to that, Ive NEVER shopped online and had any website process an order without me submitting the order to authorize for the company to process my credit card. Its such a scam and disgusting that Fabfitfun thinks that its okay for them to process orders because they have it written somewhere on their site. They simply just apologized and would not acknowledge that the policy is a scam and said they cannot refund the order b/c its already been processed. Pls be very careful if you sign up for Fabfitfun. The boxes are nice and I have nothing negative to say about that but just be careful and make sure you check your credit card statements.

I absolutely love FabFitFun! They are slower to ship than some, but the products are amazing and full sized! Plus they have amazing sales! I researched all the products they have sent me and know the prices that they quote are right on target! I don't give many reviews and never give negative feedback, so I can honestly say this beauty subscription and boxycharm are the ones that I will always choose!

They took my credit card information, allowed me to order, THEN told me the box I wanted was sold out and changed it to another box (that I DIDNT want) and told me all orders are final... no refunds! Total BS!

Awful company! They steal from you. They make unauthorized purchases on your credit card. Yep, not lying. I placed a lip stick in my cart but never checked out. Few days later I see a charge on my visa. The shipping charge alone was $18 (more money than the lipstick!) I never confirmed this order. When I notified FabFitFun thinking it was a mistake they advised me that there was verbiage of this nature on their webpage and refuse to cancel my order. So I cancelled the subscription box. Fabfitfun, you suck!

I was very disappointed with my box. It contained a tote bag with a smudge, a mug with a paint drip, and a hair mask that makes my hair frizzy. The lipstick was a near white color (who wears that color?). I feel like the box was filled with Job Lot type items and factory seconds. I complained to them asking for at least a new tote bag and they never responded. I smell a scam here.

The products were great, I actually really liked the Summer Box... BUT I am so disappointed with how they charged me for the Summer Pinterest Box (which is not part of the subscription) without my authorization! They just charge your credit card without your confirmation! I tried to complain about this and cancel this transaction but they said they cannot cancel it and they don't normally allow returns, but they will let me return but I need to shoulder the shipping expenses.
Very disappointed with how this system is and how they have bad customer service. Don't leave your credit card details on this site. Such a shame since they have good products sometimes.
The products were great BUT...
I accidentally pressed UPGRADE from the email they sent, it upgraded it right away without confirmation...
So i called and got refunded, then i canceled my subscription, that was JULY 11...
Well, well, well, lo and behold, i just got an email dated JULY 17 that i ordered some kind of a sponge...
So i tried to log in my fabfitfun acct to check what's going on, weird because i cannot log in, i have to subscribe again and pay $179 to log in?! WTF!
So who ordered that sponge when i cannot even log in?!
I was a little nervous reading all the reviews about how long shipping took for other FFF customers. I signed up for the annual membership on 7/7 and received the summers editor box today!(7/13) I am pleased with the timeliness they were able to get my box to me and love all of the products in it and cant wait to use them and get my next box!

Wish I could review the actual subscription box, but seeing as I NEVER received my items I cannot. Contacted their support line four times and was told the same bland blanket statement about how my order was being "processed" each time. After my box was two months late with no sign of shipment (during all this time they had already charged my card) I finally called to cancel my order as it was clearly never going to be delivered to me.

I signed up and now being told I wont get a box until September yet they sure took my money! I called 3 times to resolve this and get nowhere. I have no idea if or when I will get the box. I wish I knew before signing up!

After placing my order on June first a patiently waited until the last week of June excited for my box to ship out. Around mid week I didn't receive an email confirmation yet so I decided to chat in regarding this. I was told my box was waiting for a label... great! Until I receive an email the following week stating that their was a shortage with one of the items in the box and it has not yet shipped.
Their customer service has repeatedly lied to me and I don't even want this box anymore. I wish I could cancel the box since it hasn't even shipped yet but apparently that's against their policy. Their rep then continued to offer me $10 in add ons or a free item in next seasons box to keep my membership. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I don't even want this box anymore.

I don't think I'll even get my summer box by the end of the summer.
I was charged on June 1st. It's July 9th and it still hasn't shipped. Holy Hannah, how hard is it? I wanted my summer box for the summer. Get your business together guys.

I thought by paying a premium price ($50 per box) I would get a nice box... I was wrong! I gave it 3 chances by buying 3 boxes. The summer 2018 had to be the worst of all. You get full sized items but most are useless and not worth the $50. They exaggerate it, saying you get $300 worth stuff... hardly so, what a joke! In the summer box o got a wallet the size and thinness of a luggage tag, paper straw?, damaged/stained thin towel, spf 50 sunblock (I suntan), enzyme facial scrub (can't use with rmy retin A), Foreno facial scrubber that hooks up to an app to customize your facial care... it doesn't, the app is a waste of room on yourphone. They say it's worth $89 but I bought a similar one on Amazon (different brand) for $20 a year ago. It just doesn't have the useless app though. The items are cheap and not quality. You complete a survey when signing up but they obviously don't even look at it. After this summer 2018 box, I'm cancelling. :(

I was charged for my summer box on the 1st of June. Its July the 2nd and its awaiting shipment. I was told 3 days ago that my box was just waiting for an address label. How long does it take to add a label! Id rather the customer service representative at least be honest! Im definitely canceling! Please dont waste your money on this! Im worried Im not going to get it.

I had been seeing a lot of ads for this box and so I finally decided to give in and order one. After putting in my order, I read through the descriptions and was honestly pretty nervousa lot of people seemed to have problems with the shipping and the products. I got my box within 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE everything inside! Its all full-sized products from phenomenal brands, this box honestly seems like a steal. Im so so happy I ordered one and will probably continue with my subscription in the future!

They had maybe one great item in the entire box. Thats the Luna face scrubber! But be careful... because they advertise that you get this in the editor box as well. You dont! You get a thin cheap towel instead, but they advertise a different box. And they send the celebrities different items then you will get as well. False Advertising! Horrible shipping time! Bad customer service! And they dont pick items based off the profile you fill out. They dont even look at it or care. Dont do it!

I wonder if anyone really receives the box they ordered. I ordered the Summer Box - was told that it sold out the day before and FFF substituted the "Editor's Box" which was filled with junk. I have been trying to contact customer service - which seems to be over worked. Two weeks of no response. Finally today I hear back from them. They are not at all concerned about having unhappy customers. Seems like "bait & switch" to me. Now I have a box of junk that I will never use - I received a "hand ball" which they are calling a "trigger point massage ball" LOL and a towel - WTF! Shame on me for falling for it. If it sounds too good to be true - It is! Don't fall for it - save your money.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
