I ordered a box in August. They took the money for the box. They sent me a "tracking", saying FedEx was giving it to the USPS, then showing it delivered. It wasn't. I reached out them and they said "Oh, we show it was delivered in August (this was in mid Sept), give it another 7-10 days. When I wrote back and said I'm not waiting further for a refund, they told me that I sent THEM the wrong link for tracking (?!) and that it shows delivered on Sept 20, give it another 7-10 days. They simply will not refund your money OR remove your credit card from the "subscription". This is nothing short of a scam.
I got my first box about 10 days ago, and I'm impressed! The tote bag is really nice; great for work. I also got the set of towels (meh), a teapot, which is really cute, but I don't drink hot tea, but will make a great Christmas swap gift, a Beauty Blender ( that alone is worth $15), 2 charcoal masks which are awesome, some body wash which I love, a nice big umbrella that would have cost $20 at Target, and the huge tube of moisturizer, which is fabulous. I was able to personalize it to a degree; I chose the bag over the makeup brushes because I have too many brushes already from my Ipsy subscription, and I chose the umbrella over a pair of earbuds that I would never use. I hope the next one for winter is as nice!
Cancelled my trial subscription of FabFitFun before I was charged for it again. Then, I received a second box today. I logged in again, and for some reason my account is acting as if it was never cancelled in the first place. Plus, customer service is telling me I changed my renewal date on a day I was out of town and away from a computer. They said I could return the box for a refund but I'd have to cover shipping. The shipping is more than the box. Stay far way from this company.
Horrible customer service when I opened the French press it was broken. I called to get a replacement and the representative told me it wasn't their fault and it would take two weeks to get a replacement! Two weeks! You took my payment over a month ago and I won't have a working item for over a month and a half! Ridiculous! I can't believe she tried to blame the problem on me. I am not the one that shipped an item without any foam in the box!

I love getting a surprise four times a year! Some times I check the options- but most the time, I really enjoy just being surprised! The add-ons are great deals, too! My sister, niece and I do a "unboxing" when it arrives!

They send you products you do not order and make you pay for them. They refuse to answer emails regarding issues and tell you that they are too busy. They take your money with no care at all and are not willing to rectify situations. The products you do order, they do not send you and they refuse to refund you even though they KNOW you never got the items. The worst customer service department I have ever dealt with.
Also, I once ordered a ring and it broke the second I put it on. The products they send are ridiculous; who even uses half of that stuff. I do NOT recommend!

Each month I await anxiously my box, watching the BLOGGERS and the cute items then get in their boxes. Then I get mine and what a let down. The exciting items are never in my boxes, yet I spend the same amount of money on my box as anyone else. Customer Service is no help. I fell my box has the LEFTOVERS that noone else wants - well I don't either!

This was not my favourite box. I was actually pretty disappointed with it which is rare for me. Tea towels and a French press? Not great. The makeup wasn't even that interesting. Hopefully the winter one is more exciting.

I just got the Fall 2018 box, my first one. I knew there would be some items I may not love but was disappointed. They make it look like you get all of these great things. I got tea towels? Really. I took this quiz and by no means did it ever ask if I would like tea towels! Umm no thanks. I want fun makeup, jewelry, hair care, fitness items. There are a couple mask, some lipgloss and a couple other items. I cancelled my subscription. I get ipsy for $10 per month and get way more fun items! I was really hoping for some awesome little goodies and just got random everyday crap I can buy at Walmart. Teapot, umbrella, tea towels.

The box is getting less fabulous fit or fun when you are compelling people to receive the most boring "tea towels" instead of jewelry, skin care, hair care, make-up or athletic gear.

FabFitFun is one of the best subscription services I have had the pleasure of purchasing. There is such an array of items offered. I love that they have items you can add-on to your box and they you have the option to customize some of your item for that seasons box. But are also suprized with the rest of the items that are encluded. Always full size items and variety from make-up to household to fitness.

I've been a member for 2+ years and I've enjoyed every single box and have always felt like it's a screaming deal! Some boxes I like and will give the products that are not really my thing as gifts for people who I know will love them. More often though I love the box and want to keep every single thing for myself! The variety of jewelry, skin care, fitness and accessories is wonderful and opening each box feels a little like Christmas morning!

I enjoy the products and value Fab Fit Fun offers - however, I do not like their billing and shipping practices... I was billed a month ago and still have not received my box. This is unacceptable. I discovered they ship using Surepost (which is the slowest and cheapest shipping method on the planet). Basically Fed-Ex and USPS share delivery responsiblity. It starts with FedEx then moves extremely slowly from one hub to the next, then awaits transfer and pick up by USPS. Eventually it arrives. I live in SC and one day tracking indicated it was sitting in my state - then the next day it was further away in NC!? It is supposed to be here by Monday. Fabfitfun really needs to step up their game with billing, shipping and fulfillment. I also think it merits note that you tubers and Instagram influencers seem to get their boxes weeks before everyone else.
Cool but sometimes some products are low/poor quality. But overall it's nice to receive all the goodies. That gives the opportunity to discover new brand and new type of product.

The holidays arrived early with lots of neato stuff for me. Delish is all I can say about the beauty products... Love my reistance bands... planning on getting some fab arms. Love zenning with my teapot. Too much to write about. I'm going back to play. Thanks! Can't wait for next box.

I absolutely love my fall FabFitFun box! I can not wait until the winter one comes! I had an issue with my fall box but got on their website and spoke to someone about it and it got fixed right then!

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
