I subscribed to FabFitFun after my separation. I needed a little pick me up. Oh boy did it ever do that. I love getting different products to try, and it's like a little self care package every few months.

I would of given FFF a 5 star if it wasn't for all the trouble with the fall box. I wasn't thrilled with the choices and the only one I was (teeth whitening kit) was taken out of the choices after customization was opened. Plus I think they include way too many facial stuff instead of a variety of everything. I have had 2 boxes with not that good choices but I do have to admit they are the only box that gives full size products and are able to have some (not every box) different products (even if its 1 item). Due to all my bumps with FFF, I am not sure if I want to stay as an Annual member. It will all be up to the Winter box.

I have enjoyed the 3 boxes I've gotten so far. Great products and a great value! I've received some of my new favorite products through FFF. I subscribe to another makeup box as well, so I really enjoy the lifestyle products that I get from FFF!

I loved FFF when I was first a member over 2 years ago. The products were unique and fun. My first box contained a broken necklace but they quickly replaced it. Since the company has made changes and quickly expanded their products and services have really gone down hill. I used to look forward to the box and now it's kind of stressful. I will definitely not be renewing my subscription. The past boxes have been boring, a random mix of things not necessarily related to the season. I've had multiple issues with add on items and edit orders. Either getting the wrong item or not getting items at all. Never received two items from the Summer edit and after contacting customer service three times they finally tell me I won't be getting those items. I'm sure they were not planning to reach out to me. Such bad service and just not a fun experience anymore. Makes me sad.
My experience with Fabfitfun over the nearly two years as a member has been great! I love everything that comes in my box, the magazine with great interviews and articles about female-owned companies and nonprofit organizations. As well as fabfit TV, which I use on a daily basis with the workouts. I feel I get MORE than my money's worth. This company goes above and beyond.

I love the products, shipping is slow, but knowing it is going to be slow takes some of the frustration out. The community is super whiny most of the time, I haven't had any issues and I enjoy the treats for me.

I love most of the items I receive. Occasionally there is an item that's just not for me but makes a great gift for someone else. I love the high end skin care, home accessories and I find I wear more jewelry now. I also get compliments on the jewelry, purses, scarves I've received.

This last box was very disappointing. One of the items was removed right before customization, the earrings were so cheap, they broke immediately, and of course, another bottle of body lotion.

I've been a member of FFF for about a year now, and have loved pretty much everything I've received. I love that as a member I can customize my boxes and still get other surprises. I also love that I can get early access to add-on items at a discounted price. Overall, I love FFF and would recommend it to anyone who asks!

Ok, honestly, I had $10 off so I ordered 1 box then cancelled membership, not really needing. I just received my Fall box yesterday and was so impressed and happy that i reinstated my membership for a full year! Thank you... great products...
Purchases a few item from the summer edit sale, which I never received. I emailed them over 10 times and had to dispute through my cc company. Since I disputed them canceled my account and only gave me a partial credit for my membership. This company is a scam.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
