Aira was awesome! She fixed my problem and even checked with the warehouse to make sure I'd receive the same items I was supposed to. I appreciate it and really enjoyed speaking with her.
I am very grateful for all those who help with this fabfitfun honestly, receiving the box to gift box for the first time was a shock but it was a good shock, and more people deserve to have that amazing feeling. I'm talking about homeless people, just give a gift away from us to others who can't express or experience what we are because of a lack of money or a lack of a home. Let us spread more by giving those who don't have. Whatever we don't want or don't need give it away in the box you guys created! Just an idea. We need to help those who need it! The ones who are homeless. I love you all! Keep up the great work!

Each season, I think I am going to cancel my subscription for budget reasons. Then, when I see what they have to offer, and/or contact their customer service, I think to find a way to make it work! It is nice to have FabFitFun to look forward to. I have a feeling I am out of their target market - I am late middle-aged/early senior - but they have such nice and fun stuff that I find it hard to resist - so I don't. We all need something to enjoy and look forward to, and FFF does it for me!

I was able to reach a LIVE chat agent at 2:45AM! They quickly help me resolve my issue and with a great attitude!
I had an issue with being able to customize my second box as a select member because I did not receive the email to do so. I called yesterday evening and opted for a call back and never received one. I was extremely upset, as there were so many items I had my eyes on. I called again this morning and was lucky enough to get Aira on the phone, and she told me that I could not customize my original fall box because it is getting ready to ship, but I told her the 5 customized items I wanted and she put the order in to get them shipped to me separately, so I will be getting the original box with 8 surprise items AND the 5 customized items I was really hoping for. This is what customer service is all about and I ended the call feeling so much better and excited for future FFF boxes! She was so helpful and sweet!

I was not able to take some of my items of of my add ons i had tired for an hour and a half and gave up the last half hour before the time was up to take my add ons off because i was not getting anywhere so i called on Monday and Moon was so nice and took care of everything she new what to do and did a fantastic job. I was selecting items for my Fall Box and accidentally clicked on an item I didn't want or would be able to use.
The support team at Fab Fit Fun corrected the issue and credit my account.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
