One day I accidentally changed my plan to the annual. I instantly cancelled, assuming that it would result in a refund like most other websites. NOPE. So now I have 5 boxes coming... when I cancelled the service and expected zero. If it wasn't over $200 charged to my account I would not mind so much.
Hi Hannah! Thank you for leaving us a review! Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle, as stated in our FAQ online. However, you may contact our Customer Care via email or chat so we can help you further.
Signed up for an annual subscription, so I could have early access. I chose my item for customization 1, wanted to add 1 of different item in that category to purchase at an additional fee, it wouldn't let me, even though I saw it let other annual members. I did live support chat, my issue still couldn't be resolved. Had I known, probably wouldn't have signed up at all but certainly not the annual. Would've now been cheaper to purchase the items direct from the manufacturer.

The annual subscription is worth all the name brand products for such full size very expensive products. You can customize your box and try many different items. I love it My daughter loves checking out what come in the box. And a plus the boxes are beautiful so I use them for storage

My Fall box was wonderful! I feel that's because of excellent communication. I have corresponded with you and you listened! I am a retired 30 year teacher. Older adults have different needs. I love the spice room freshener, I'm giving the black cover up for a gift. The facial mask is wonderful. I can use everything one way or another.

My first box(summer 2020) was awesome, but the Winter 2020 box I just received wasn't worth the subscription price! Really people if I wanted a candle and bath salts, I'd run to any store. Expectations for a subscription box is held to a better standard. If this were a gift, I'd take it back and return it! The entire contents, which wasn't much, felt cheap and thrown in at last moment.
Personally I'm scared of getting junk again and considering canceling by boxes in the future.
Guess thats how their company gets you: 1st box awesome then pressure with constant emails to up your subscription to a higher level but when a customer doesn't they send stuff you'd get at a local wal greens.

Haven't received fall box after being told was delivered twice once in August and now been waiting weeks again yesterday being told delivered

She was very helpful very knowledgeable she helped me out with my whole problems she said that they do take returns but it was out of your style fit fab and fun part of your store she helped me out great I would love to have her all the time as my customer service person

I did not get the mystery bundle like I was supposed to. I was late in reporting it due to life being crazy for me. They still honored the mystery bundle and shipped out the same day!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
