I purchased this clock as an add on. When I received the clock it did not work. I asked for another clock, as it was going to be a gift. Customer service was great and I received same clock. Same deal, the clock does not work. At a loss and very frustrated.
So I signed up for a subscription and decided to cancel, well there is a convenient loop that you get stuck in when trying to cancel, ultimately you have to contact them via chat. Very frustrated that signing up took only one simple click and when I chose to cancel it took over 30 minutes, due to what appears to be an intentional glitch. I took another step to let the customer service rep know about the issue and was completely blown off.
They throw a few things in their Ads to make it look like you're getting a great value buy it's really junky stuff.
Always 1 or more smelly creams. I can led my annual membership. The add-on Sales weren't great. But theRe was zero effort for the fall box very few got pumpkin spice room spray. I actually wanted the shower get which wasn't exciting but looked like it had a nice fall smell I saw maybe 3 people get it. Laundry wrinkle spray stinky sleep
Spray. No plaid scarf or fuzzy blanket no candle or fuzzy socks or slippers no Fall feels. We are all hurting as a country and many hurting financially, this greedy company took our money and said here's your box of junk. Some people think a little box of treats might cheer them up or they can spread cheer to others and share it but they offered 6 repeats in the choice options and really crappy ones! Not the marshmallow blanket Everyone loves just stuffy nobody wanted in the warehouse. Sad it could have been SO much better. Glad I canceled! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since the customer service is pretty good but the boxes are awful.

LIARS & DECEIVERS! Ordered the summer box July 4th for my wife; it's October 2nd and still no box! They promised it would still come and today I emailed support for an update and they responded with "I've spoken with the Warehouse team and it appears that we are no longer be able to fulfill your Summer Editor's box due to inventory issues."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? 3 Months later, no update and I HAVE TO REACH OUT TO FIND OUT ITS NOT COMING!?!?!? WTF!? What a horrible experience and company! STAY AWAY!

I still have not received my summer 2020 box! Fabfitfun sent the box to my previous address, despite the fact that I changed the mailing address long before it was shipped. When I received notice that it had arrived at fedex and was being prepared for delivery and noticed the incorrect address, I began trying to get in touch with someone from customer service. I sent several messages prior to the box being shipped but did not receive anything from an actual person for days. When someone actually responded, I was told I would have to handle this myself by calling the post office where it was sent to and asking them to forward it to me. I had to wait until the day it was delivered and beg the post office to take it off the truck and send it to my correct address (in another state). That was over 30 days ago. Because they literally pulled it off the truck and were forwarding it, I could not receive a tracking number and the original tracking number did not follow the package beyond the original destination. The fact that this could have easily been remedied before the box was shipped, the need for me to send multiple messages before someone actually contacted me, being told I had to correct their mistake myself, and now not even having the box is reason enough to warn anyone interested that this could be them. This may not occur for many people; however, better customer service support could have gone a long way here.

I basically received all the products in my box that no one else wanted. I was so disappointed i cried. I saw the book and it had purses and curling irons and scarves. I got some hair stuff that i don't need. All i got was the crap no one else wanted. I'm not going to cancel. I know covid is going on and things are tough right now. And Ilike the edit sale. What I am going to do is order another box as if i'm a new customer and I'll bet I get options at the good stuff. I'm just so disappointed. I was looking so forward, cuticle oil? I get my nails professionally done. Don't need it.the masks made me break out. Some crappy pedicure thing. I get those done professionally too. I'm just upset and i'm $#*!ing. Anyways. I'm gonna try to sign up as a new customer and see what i get. Because I can't even use what i got.

When first looking into this company i was a little skeptical because I was not sure if it would be worth the money. I spent the $39.99 for the first month and was hooked. I ended up paying for an entire year subscription. Along with paying for the entire year and not pay box by box, you get a few extra perks, you get your box first and you get to personalize more items. I have used or someone in my family has used everything I've receive throughout the year. I wanted to highlight my top 8 favorite items I've got and even purchased more of a few of them.

IT WORKED miraculously! I've been a subscriber for almost 2 years, now, without a regret. The seasonal box is an absolute steal, the products are eco- and animal- and earth-friendly, all of the highest quality. Even when something is not quite my taste the items make perfect gifts. When I ended up forgetting to customize my holiday box, it ended up making a very special Christmas for loved ones. And the customer service is superb: timely, efficient, articulate, friendly, and reassuring. Treat your own self, it will probably be the best value per dollar you ever spent on yourself - give it a try!

Update: After reading my review, a rep from FabFitFun reached out to me to correct these errors. The customer service is always excellent and appreciated. I would love to return at a later time as a customer but maybe once I know that their system errors have been fixed. I would love to thank them for their attentiveness!
I received an email about upgrading to an annual membership and clicked on the link thinking it would take me to more info. Instead, It automatically charged me for an annual membership. I chatted online with customer service and they refunded my money, minus the cost of the current summer box I was getting. Then fall comes, I am charged another annual membership fee. I chat again to cancel it and get my refund. Then a few weeks later my fall box arrives but none of my add-ons. Turns out they canceled the add-ons I ordered without asking. They have awful policies and are not careful at all.

I received the Fall 2020 box this morning and cancelled my subscription. What a box of junk! I will use absolutely nothing that it contained: a cheap-looking tote bag, some plastic hair clips, a piece of ugly costume jewelry, pumpkin room spray, clear brow gel and other random crap. I can't even regift this stuff because I would be too embarrassed.

This is all junk. I can't believe this is $50. Do not waste your money. I want a refund but of course they don't offer those because they don't want this junk either.
Box used to have nice quality things. My fall 2020 box had about 7 items. Best useful thing was barrettes foot masks, brow gel, blue glasses, hair removal device for small area like face, glow milk not my skin color, some bag not very interesting. Cheap stuff. I think i am done with them. Yearly people get better stuff than quarterly people. This not the first disappointment from them. But when u see the catalog and what u could have gotten... i got junk.

I signed up to try it. I received an email about annual subscriptions, I clicked it and then it automatically enrolled me and deductive $190.78 from my account without asking my permission or even clicking a box. I reach out to them and they stated that "all sales are final" I tried to explain that all I did was click a link in my email and then BOOM now I am a member. After going back and forth for about 30 mins I was finally able to get my money back. It is a scam where they "hope" you do not realize what they do and buy the time you do it is too late. Horrible customer service i will be getting the one back I paid for a week ago and that will be it. Be careful with them and watch you accounts

I was so excited to receive Fall 2020 box, also my first box. What a disappointment. First, the black tote is cheap. Second, in my profile I listed I wear silver jewelry and I received a gold necklace. The rest of the stuff was just eh. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Wish I didn't purchase the yearly subscription.

I have been getting the boxes for two years and I have loved nearly everything in them. The things that I couldn't use, I either gave away or saved for gifts.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
