They have my money and the returned suit and won't return email correspondence I'm out $ and suit. Don't buy from them they don't follow their return policy at all. My credit card company won't even get involved. Rosswim is owned by FabFashion LTD in HK and they have no info on their web site to contact them just the website and they only have a robot doing the answering they never got back to me after they asked for all my prof of the tracking that they received it back. All I wanted was an exchange for a larger size and they will not comply or answer the email.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A CON! I ordered a bikini from here which was a standard bikini with a lions face on. What I received was late and was a floral skirt bikini which looked like a small child's bikini! The order was completely incorrect. There was no returns information in the packaging and I cannot find a contact number or address for this company anywhere. So I emailed their customer services department (I have now emailed over 15times) and each time they keep offering me 5-10% refund to save me the hassle of sending the item back to china' despite explaining I do not want this floral bikini with bikini skirt which is nothing like what was advertised! It has taken over 2 months and 15 emails from myself to get offered a refund of 55% (which hasn't even been refunded) despite in my every email saying I will accept nothing less than a full refund as the item is not what I had paid for. I have requested a contact number and registered address to take this further and yet every email they send back they ignore this request. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A CON!

I purchased a jacket which I never received. I tried to contact the company but when I looked up my order it didnt excised. I tried so many times to contact this company but nothing. So I opened a dispute with Paypal and they claimed they sent the item so Paypal sided with them so now Im out of pocket of 31.83 USD and I have no jacket and now I have read the reviews I now know this company is a rip off and they have done this the lots of people.
I never received a conformation email, a tracking number nothing its like I didnt exist on their site but they still took my money

Cheap prices probably because they do not invest in customer care. I ordered a small pair of overalls but right after I made my payment, i submitted a customer care ticket on their site ( which they do not check in a timely manner), AND an email (had to do a google search to find the email address! Ridiculous!) to correct the small and change it to medium. They respond finally after fives days to my email saying they shipped the small. I ask if i can return it for a full refund including compensation for return shipping. They just flat out say no. I ask to speak to their manager amd also asked why the small was still sent after i notified them twice about the size change, and they just dismissed it all without a direct explanation, so now I have a small pair of overalls that isnt worth shipping back. Do not shop here if you want an easy return process. It is not easy. And it is very difficult to get a hold of them our have them read their customer service tickets on time. Very poor communication and resolution. Unprofessional service.

I ordered some overalls from fabshopper which shipped the next day, I was super excited just to be bummed out that I have to wait 2 weeks for it to get to my house after being shipped. I wasted all my time checking the mail every single day just to have my spirits crushed. Now I don't even bother to check because it's been almost 2 months and they still aren't here! I regret even considering to buy from them! Don't buy from them, it's just a scam!

First time I ever order from an international wholesaler. Big mistake. I ordered a white lacy dress- supposed to be knee length, I'm typically a size 10. Ordered an xl to be safe, I would just add a cute belt if it was too big. I paid extra for tracking- wasn't provided the tracking information until almost 2 weeks later and only after I asked- was never provided any explanation. After about 3-4 months I finally got the "dress" it barely covered my belly button and was COMPLETELY see through. Their clothes are misrepresented by the picture and they are scammers

I bought a dress for a wedding and although the shipping time was long, that was fine (5 weeks) but when I received the dress the Medium looks like an xxsmall, the material is horribly cheap looking, the stitching has strings all over the place and they packaged it in a way that even if I would have been happy with it would have to be dry-cleaned just to get the wrinkles out of it. I don't normally buy from over seas due to this issue and the pain it would be to return it which I am sure they are banking on most people won't do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO!

I ordered a pair of dungarees that arrived after ages, only to discover that there were no buttonholes cut & I couldn't wear them. I contacted their customer service who requested I return the items via international signed-for delivery. This cost more than the item itself, however I was assured I'd receive my money back. Fabshopper received my item after less than a week after postage according to Royal Mail who tracked the item.
After 9 months I still have not been refunded. I'm passed from pillar to post. It's agonising. One customer service told me to contact PayPal directly for my refund. Another told me that they were unable to handle my request to get my money back & was going to refer my matter to another colleague. Now I'm being told that they never actually received my item. This is rubbish it was signed for by a representative from their company as proven & tracked by Royal Mail. I have spent 9 very frustrating months trying to get my money back.
Worst product. Worst customer service. Absolutely useless. Don't be tempted my inexpensive clothing. You pay for what you get.
