I bought 4 swimsuits from SwimCici, they charged my card and the products have not arrived in 6 weeks! I have sent 3 emails to customer service and they have promised to cancel the order and refund my money but they have done nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this SCAM! I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Wish I had done my homework before making this mistake!

I purchased swim suits from Swimcici (charged to my card as FABFASHION LTD). The swim suits were not at all what I expected but I get NO RESPONSE from the company to RETURN my Order.

I placed an order totalling $94.00 on 1/18/20 and they charged my credit card the next day. I e-mailed them on 1/27/20 to get the status of my order and have had no response. Typically when I order clothing online, it is only charged to my card after it has shipped. The info. On my bank account says FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI HKHK which is out of Wan Chai, Hong Kong. On the Kigele website there is no phone number or location listed anywhere. There is only an e-mail which is *******@kigele.com. I am starting to believe that this website is a scam. I sent an e-mail to http://www.fabpr.com.hk/contact-us/ which is the company that charged my credit card so we will see what happens.
I place my order 3 weeks ago for 2 meditate candles. I have sent three email messages to customer service but ZERO response. I wish i would have read these reviews beforehand. BUYER BEWARE!
I saw the ad for Pretty Tonight on FB. I went ahead and ordered several clothing items (sweaters) from this site as I had been lucky with my Christmas shopping and ordering directly from international companies. However, I saw a charge on my credit card from Fab Fashion. I didn't order from Fab Fashion but did place an order with Pretty Tonight. I have been trying to get in touch with the company Pretty Tonight with NO LUCK. No response and NO merchandise. However, a mysterious charge from Fab Fashion did show up within the last 30 days. So, I can only assume it's the same company and I have been the victim of a scam. I'll never order from a Facebook ad again!
Horrible company. Provides no tracking or confirmation or email follow up. Will never use this company again. It's unfortunate that you or I have to even give them a "1" star. I ordered 2 shirts 20 days ago and nothing. Not to mention the fact you can't even get in touch with them. The only good reviews for this company have very scetch names. HMMM!
I made an order on 11/11/2019... it is now well over a month and I still have not yet received my package. I emailed them and no response. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. TOTAL SCAM... FAKE COMPANY! Goes by the name of Petal Prim... but my visa bill says FABFASHION LTD WANCHI... never again!
The worst bank I have ever dealt with, the worst customer service ever, their staff do not know their own processes. I transferred money through fab remit on dec 1 until its not reflected in my beneficiaries account. I raised one complaint through customer care service, until and unless didn't do anything. Whenever calling them repeatingsame thing under processing... but today I directly go to bank and enquired regarding complaint they are telling they cannot find out any complaints... again they registered the same complaint. I suggest nobody should approach this bank for any banking purposes. U will loose your time as well as ur money.
I ordered from fab fashion the sweaters were nothing like the pictures in the ad. And when I called they wanted all my information and then they charged me $5 that was going to be repeating charge for absolutely nothing. Do not order from this company
They are also running a Facebook page under this name. Ordered two items. When they arrived they were poor quality. I Ask them to send me a return authorization. (As they say they will not receive returns without one) they just keep responding with ridiculous emails and refused to give me a return address. I contacted my credit card company hoping for compensation. Please do not order from them. Do an investigation for anything you order on Facebook first! Below is a copy of one of the ridiculous emails they sent just more runaround.
Ordered from Facebook as Hoodies.com. Products which were runners, sweatpants, sweater and top were ok for the price. Sweatpants made of flannel balls but the "sticker" is you have to pay FedEx charges on top of their shipping costs to clear at border which they do not tell you. Also, it is a different company when it arrives. Not a good experience and would never buy from them again. Be careful folks.
Have Order Number. No response to my questions. I am very angry and have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Fraud Division of my Credit Card.
DO NOT ORDER! Somehow, I was charged $82 and then again for over $100! I didn't order anything! This company is supposedly out of Hong Kong. So tired of these foreigners trying to rip us off! I rate them '0'! I couldn't find this company on the internet!
I ordered from a site called Modhoodie.com but then was billed as fabfashions Ltd. I immediately searched the internet for information regarding this fabfashions Ltd and found many many reports that it is a scam. They charge your credit card but do not provide products or ship extremely poor quality items or damaged goods to the customer.
I am cancelling my order and contacting the bank to reject the credit card charges. I suggest others do the same and report the site as a scam site to Facebook where they primarily advertise their bogus products.
This is a scam out of Hong Kong! "DO NOT BUY ONE THING FROM THESE LOSER"! The overall score should be triple negative *******!
I ordered on 11/3, requested tracking on 11/6, tracking# was sent, however, product hasn't moved in 5 days.
I ordered 2 sports bras from their ad on fb in August. It is now November and I still have not recieved my items or a refund!
I wish I had researched this vendor but How could I... I made a purchase through dreamfitting... but it billed differently on my card as Fab Fashion LTD Wanchai. So somewhere in Hong Kong is a very happy scammer
