Easy to use website. Helpful customer service.

Navigating the site to find the exact cosplay I needed was easy. With the custom sizing option I got a cosplay that fits me exactly so I didn't have to worry about a tight fit in one place while loose in the other making the additional fee absolutely worth it. Shipping was fast. I'll definitely be buying more in the future.

Overall the cosplay was pretty good, except that the black tights were really big and loose and o had to ditch the belt because it was too long and you couldn't adjust it. I used a different belt, but as for the tights, it was kind of difficult to wear them and walk around the con.

Well it kept declining my card no matter what I did, so I tried doing a different way thru my PayPal to pay. I was upset about the declining, but EZCosplay was very responsive in replying to my emails. Thank you

Purchased a costume for my son last year and it was perfect, great quality and fast service! This year I ordered the Deathstroke costume, and it is perfect. The quality is great for the price, and it fit like a glove. Very happy! Only thing is I wish the costume came with assembly instructions as there are several pieces to the costume.

Make sure to order over a month in advance. It says to place a date but don't rely on that making it as urgent. Play it safe and order it way ahead of time.

The cosplay was ok quality but fit me awkwardly. I really want to return it but they don't take returns which sucks because I spent a lot of money on the cosplay. Because of the lack of return policy I dunno if I'll buy from them anytime soon since I can probably find a similar outfit on Amazon or something with a return policy

It really depends on the quality of the product and how fast it arrives.

The only thing i didnt like was the shipping cost. I like to calculate that in with my order for total cost.

I ordered a custom size jacket and it feels very comfortable but it's almost too large. Someone bigger than me could use it and be really comfortable as well. If you are a tall and thin person, I advise choosing one size less than what the size charts recommends.
Moreover, I had some customization requests and I'm really satisfied with the communication about them, these guys are really available.

I love the accuracy of the costume to the movie, very screen accurate. I was happy with the delivery date. I put in the wear date and that was the date I received it on. The one thing I didn't like, I was walking up a hill and the zipper on one of the boots busted open and you could see my foot. It was a simple fix, I zipped the zipper down and back up and it worked fine.

Took longer time, estimating right size could have been better experience & less confusing, for the material & output, the price was high..

The wig is very comfortable and required minimal styling to get it to lay right. My only complaint it that it was a little big for my head, but that was easily adjusted using the built in straps.
