All i can say is i ordered on SEPT 2nd and it is now OCT 4th and i havent recieved anything not even an email saying they are late. No responses to my email except auto response ones saying your welcome after i just said i was disputing with my bank for fraud. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! AVOID AT ALL COST. Please dont make same mistake i did.

I ordered my Red Queen costume in plenty of time for my event allowing extra time for possible corrections or additions to the costume. As well I requested a measurement change in the waistline. After not hearing from the company 2 wks later I begin my quest for an update & a few answers to my questions. With each email I received a conflicting answer. After 3 emails to them I'm told my costume would not be ready until mid Oct & my event was clearly marked during the order process as Oct 5th. I placed my order a month in advance thinking I'd allowed plenty of time for processing & shipping according to their website... which states 2-3 wks processing & 2-4 days shipping for express shipping of $68+ which I paid. Well, I'm so disappointed & extremely frustrated with them. I've begun a dispute with PayPal to get a refund on my monies. And, in my 4th email to them I've requested a full refund of my $313.59 & a cancel of my order. I will not stop my dispute until I've revived all of my monies back! This is a very deceitful company with unethical procedures that doesn't care one bit for the customer! BE AWARE!

This site was recommended to me by friends who were happy with their purchases and the pictures for what i wanted look great. When it was getting close to the event I contacted support to find out if it would arrive on time. They were quick to respond and let me know that they would make sure it got here in time. It came in a good amount of time and it fit my husband fantastically. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely use this company in the future :)
