We were contacted several days before our package was to arrive and made to feel as if it were totally destroyed and that we should have contacted the delivery service.
If you thought the item was damaged in anyway, you should have requested it back and sent a replacement.
Our product was damaged, but there was no way I was going to wait another 2 months for a refund or for a replacement to show up

Their stuff is good quality, arrives qucik and they talk to you about any discrepancies in your order
I wish they would send photos of it before they ship it though, that way if there is any issue you they can fix it before instead of shipping back and forth.

This costume is pretty good for the price. The fabric is really nice and the color is nice and vibrant.
So I bought a costume from them. It was in great quality, but it's was a little lighter than I expected, a little snug, and didn't come with any way to attach the cape to the outfit. All of them were pretty minor fixes, and overall I was happy with the costume, so I decided to order another.
Big. Mistake.
I was genuinely horrified by what I received, and immediately emailed to see what I can do for a return. Instead, they offered me only partial refund for a costume that barley looks like the character. I will say that I should have double checked the image on the website a little better, but I'm genuinely upset that I spent $180 on a costume that is ill-fitting(despite the fact that I checked the measurements and they should have been right) and colors that are not even close to what the costume should be.
I ordered a custom sized Asuka Flare Costume. Asked quiet a few questions at first, and the customer service was helpful and reactive.
But, first of all, the payment through the site was really difficult, as it kept crashing. And there was no delivery choice else than "express shipping". It was 60 dollars, thus pretty expensive.
They tailored it on time, and I got it delivered within a week after the costume was done. Took 1 month overall.
And this is where the nightmare begins. I ordered it custom sized, and gave the exact measurements. They totally screwed it up, with almost 20 cm under the measurements for the bust part.
Plus they totally failed the design of the costume, gloves were sewn in, they forgot to add a zipper in the back (it was too smallanyways, but how was I supposed to enter in that costume.?). The details were half missing, the accessories were ridiculously cheaply made, design wasn't the same, knee socks were opened-feet. Quality wasn't better than what I could have sewn myself, and most of all they chose such wrong materials, with a REALLY ugly red material.
When I started to talk with them about it, they didn't want to admit that they totally screwed up, and wanted to offer me a 20% refund.
Then when I insisted, showing them more pictures of the horrible thing they built, with measurements, side by side comparisons with what other shops do for a lower price, they endud up admitting they made a mistake, and said they could refund 30% of what a local tailor would charge to fix it.
I simply answered this costume wasn't fixable, as the design, and base materials were wrong, and opened a dispute on Paypal. They answered that they would refund it, so now, I'm just waiting for it. Hopefully won't be waiting for too long.
Stay away from this shop, it isn't serious, and pretty disrespectful to their clients.
I ordered Katara's traditional outfit from Avatar: The Last Airbender. It came in yesterday, but the outfit is purple and blue instead of blue and white. Their return policy says "We do NOT accept refunds and exchange for the item we didn't make wrong", so I can't take it back either. It fits right (I paid extra for the correct sizing), but I'm now recoloring the outfit myself to make it actually match the character and the images they advertise it as being. I will not be using EZ again and I would not recommend taking their images at for what the colors actually look like.
The business refuses to show bad reviews. Their products aren't like the pictures and they refuse to do anything but give 15% refund. We ordered Pokemon team magma grunt cosplays. They were pink and terribly made!
Buyer's beware. If they mess your order up, you will NEVER get a refund, no matter how in the wrong they are and regardless of what the say on their page.
First of all, I ordered the costume on July 26th and told them I need it by the end of Sept. It should only take 2 to 3 weeks to tailor and a week or two to ship. By early September I asked them for a status. They hadn't even started. I asked for a refund since the costume would not make it in time for my con even though I ordered it with plenty of time. They did not want to give me a refund and offered a 15% discount and told me I can just wear it to another convention.
I thought this was rude, but I accepted. They never sent me my discount.
A month later I receive the costume and it was completely wrong. On their page it said it would be made out of vinyl and leather. It was made out of velvet.
In addition the boots I ordered were supposed to be the same dark green as the costume. They were bright lime green.
When I asked for a refund, they tried to push a 50% discount on me. Considering I never got the first promised discount and can never wear the costume because it was so completely wrong, I declined. Eventually I told them I would open a dispute with Paypal and my Credit Card company, so the conceded to give me a refund.
I wanted a month and a half, and got no refund. I reached out to them and they said they would check on the status of my refund.
Another three weeks have passed. Since then I have sent them two more emails and they are now ignoring me. Finally I gave up and opened up a case through Paypal. I hope I will get my refund.
On another note, I actually purchased two costumes from them around the same time. The second costume was made incorrectly also and had missing items. They refused to send the missing items like they promise on the page.
In short, if they make a mistake, you are the one who losses because they will continuously tell you that you are wrong and their tailor was right.
The prices may be cheap, but service and quality matches. So I tell you to purchase with caution.
I ordered a custom fit costume from EZ Cosplay Costumes. I was supposed to receive my costume by Oct 25th. After multiple inquiries on the status of my order they emailed me Oct 21 to say they lost my order. Oct. 22nd they claimed they would refund my $246. As of Nov. 8th I still have yet to see a refund. Aside from the fact that one week prior Halloween I was left scrambling to come up with a whole new costume.
Made a costume purchase in mid September and based on their website's info, delivery should have been no later than October 15th. Sent them an email a few days later asking them to guarantee delivery by said date. They responded that they could not. I then placed an order from a supplier in Florida and advised them that I no longer required the item. In spite of that, they eventually shipped the unneeded items and did not provide any refund. BTW PayPal who I asked to intervene long before the item was shipped did nothing to support my claim. Had I just charged it on my credit card, I'm sure this would have been resolved in my favor. DON'T DEAL WITH EITHER ONE!
So we ordered 2 wigs from EZCosplay after seeing they had a 2 day shipping. This was a week and half prior to an event we were organising. We Ordered the wigs and AFTER we ordered them we saw a message saying "Wear by: date" which was a week after the event. We were concerned and sent the site a msg, they didn't get back to us for almost a week.
Once they finally got back to us they were very unhelpful and almost always ignored what we actually had asked [Would it be here in time?]
After 3 weeks we were sent a msg they had "lost" one of the wigs on the way to their office and it would take even longer.
When we explained this was WAAAY more than 2 day shipping which cost AS MUCH as one of the wigs and we wanted a refund at least on the shipping they informed us They would not refund us anything and instead offered to just send them one by one. Obviously we wanted to make sure we got them together so we refused that.
2 weeks later [Today] we finally got the wigs and one of the wigs isn't even fully as advertised.
This has been almost a full 2 months and 7 weeks after their "Wear by date" listed.
Overall experience: Horrible customer service, will not be ordering from again.
Ordered Sept 9 didn't get ANY response for weeks until I followed up in October. Was told it was being worked on. Webpage says take-15-20 days and as of October 5th still no response of order or shipping. I email several times asked for a refund and was told it was shipped (no tracking number provided) so I emailed again and then they finally gave me a tracking number/website in Chinese (October 11). I paid for express 2-4 day shipping BUT they sent it regular mail. As of October 13th it hasn't even left China. The company said that DHL and FedEx "won't deliver" (Which is a lie cause we regularly get mail from both companies and they have offices near me). I've asked for a refund in shipping and they haven't responded. Buyer beware. I feel they are dishonest and they brush off customers cause they already got your money. (My order was almost $300). I need the costume for Halloween and I don't think it's going to get here in time as EMS China Mail is notorious for going by boat. Never again- don't trust this company.
Answer: Very trustable, just be aware that shipping can take a while, so try not to freak out if your package isn't there super quickly.

Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
Answer: Yes, it's normal. It just goes through as default XS. Not to worry, they will make it custom. Check out their FAQ page if you're still worried.
Answer: Pretty close. They do require the sizing in CMs and boot height. I also ordered a pair of Todoroki boots that are just slightly larger in the back, even though I used the same measurements for both.
