The website is easy to navigate and the pictures are decent. The extra information is great, I just wish all the products had detailed information attached.

So the experience was great. I got to try the Shaolan clear card cosplay, the only thing that buging me is the tie. I know how to tie my tie and no matter how i do it we cant see the little red v on the tie so I'm not sure what to do. Other than that everything fit

It was a great experience! I am very satisfied with my cosplay outfit which fits perfectly, and I received it about a week earlier than I need it to arrive which was great! If I ever need to order another outfit I will definitely shop here again!

The only issue I had was when I went back a couple of pages - my order/cart disappeared, so I had to re-start. Other than that, the payment process was simple and easy! I'm looking forward to receiving my cosplay!

The shoes fit great. Its hard for me to find boots for my wide calves. They are a little bit shinier than I would have liked but overall they are great. I will definitely go to ezcosplay the next time I need shoes for a cosplay.

The website is put in a easy way for me to understand and the staff is very helpful in answering any questions I had.

Shipment arrived well ahead of set expectation. Satisfied with items. It was frustrating that I had to be home to accept the delivery. The shipment was received at 8:30 pm. I had to sit home for 12.5 hours. It would have been nice if a neighbor could have signed for the items. The "drop" location that was offered to me was nowhere near my home or work. DHL was very rigid.

The print on the shirt had started to peel off, that was my biggest issue, other than that it was fine, had to fix some measurements but that's all good

It was fast and convenient.

I bought a wig but it came very quickly and it was very good, they included a hair cap as well which was nice.
