Received my order alot quicker than I thought I would. Definitely got a size too small, my own fault. Great quality material used, love my cosplay!
The hat was too huge for the kukui cosplay. It felt like it could fit two heads and a half.
I purchased an Overwatch Symmetra Satya Vaswani Gun and was super excited to get it! Firstly it was shipped pretty fast, BUT it came in a large crappy box. When I opened it, first thing i notice was the item wasn't packaged correctly and secondly there were broken pieces all outside the bubble wrap. The item itself looked terrible and nothing like the photos! Mainly it was sent to me broken and I am extremely disappointed. For the amount of shipping cost I had to pay, which was over $50 for one simple item, I would expect it to be packaged and shipped properly.
Second time I've ordered a cosplay from this site. My first costume, Rem from Re: Zero, was accurate and high quality
They fit. I hoped the boots would be a bit taller with the requested length I provided but they should still do okay.
I am very please with my experience and the prices, the main downside was the shipping cost. I understand the cost as it has to ship overseas.

I asked for no pants on one costume and received only 8 dollars off. Other than that, I'll continue shopping at ezcosplay for most of my costume needs.
Very intuitive website. Interesting selection that has a lot of variety, definitely will check for future cosplays. Packaging could use a bit of inspection. The black gloves packed on the white armor left a distinct hand print.

I ordered a customized Obi Wan outfit. The measurements I sent should have made it a medium altered to my size. EzCosplay sent me a 2XL and claimed it should be three sizes to big to fit right. They said their dressmaker customized it for the measurements I sent and did not just pull the outfit off a rack without looking at the size. After two weeks of back and forth emails to their customer service EzCosplay said they would give me 20% of the cost as a refund. I sold the outfit on Ebay to get some of my money back. I will never buy from them again and encourage everyone to avoid them also. EzCosplay steal people's money and lie to them.
The only problem I had is that I order a Xs costume and measurement wise everything was good but when it came to length the costume was very long like if it was for a tall person

Had an issue with a product ordered that turned out to be discontinued, was able to get in contact and have it replaced fast.
Great service, always my number one go to site for cosplay parts I need to finish of a costume for a convention
Shoes were nice, axe was very flimsy for almost $300
I love the cosplays I got! The only issue I had was a sizing problem with the shoe. I thought the foot measurement meant the size of your foot, not the shoe size. So i ended up with boots too small. Overall though I found thr cosplays I was looking and they have a large selection.
Everything I ordered arrived well within the timeframe given and was well packaged. The staff and boots were built as described and the boots fit quite well.
