Prices can't be beat but you better not be in a rush. I have ordered three times and everytime the items are delivered weeks past when promised. The third time I even uploaded prescription for the contacts and figured this would expedite the process but clearly that's not true.
I ordered two order for lenses the first 3 weeks ago and second after 3-4 days. After 10 days I called, as the shipping time said 5-7 days. I tried to call customer service one day and it said I was number 75 in the que. I waited more time, but the phone said me: Say text message, nobody here is.
I wrote a lot of message, didn't receive a quick response. Still they were not done or shipped, as the lady said. Some problem! Still waiting! And my money alredy charged at the first day without prescription.
I spent a three week trying to reach them via a email, phone and chat without any luck. Stay away!
I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After two weeks I called, as the shipping time said 5-7 days. Took forever to get through to a person. They didn't really have much info, just that they would be done and shipped this past week. Well they were not done or shipped, as the lady said. Still waiting!
I just received my first contacts from EZcontacts, and definitely plan to buy from them again in the future. I used the standard free shipping, and my package arrived just 4 days after placing the order.
If I could rate this business 0, I would.
Horrible that the only reason why my package was finally shipped is because I filed a dispute on my credit card because I was charged the day I ordered (1/2/19) and EZContacts was clearly not processing my order. Took 24 days (1/26/19) to receive my product from the day I ordered it. Not cool!
Should also mention that I received an email from their customer service manager a couple weeks after I placed my order apologizing for the delay and I should email her with questions. Did that twice and didn't receive a response. Also tried to call customer service one day and it said I was number 83 in the que. Yeah, I didn't wait for a rep to get on the line.
Do not order contacts from this website!
Took 4 weeks to ship my order from the day of purchase. I called customer service and was on hold for 53 minutes before I got an agent who barely spoke English and was of no help giving me an update on my order. Spend an extra few dollars and go on discount contact lenses website.
I ordered custom prescription sunglasses and I was sent damaged frames that appeared to be refurbished. I sent them back and received a replacement frame with scratched lenses. It took my 9 follow up emails and several phone calls to request a credit on the scratched lens just to end the ordeal. This is still pending. Customer Service horrible and hold times are several hours to speak to anyone and emails go unanswered. Its not worth it!

I ordered two boxes of contact a week ago and my account was already billed. I figured I should be getting my contact any day but they never shipped. I sent a chat to find out what the hold up was and the manufacture had them on back order. This was never communicated with me and I was not really happy since this was my first experience with EZContacts. I was chatting with Clara and asked her what they could do for me while I wait because I am out of contacts after this pair I have in and will have to wear them longer. She went a head and placed an order for free to send me 3 pairs of contact to make sure I am good till my order is shipped. This to me is GREAT Customer Service and you don't see that much anymore. Because of this gesture and her taking care of me when there was no communication at the beginning will make it so I order my contact from them going forward.
Horrible experience. I've ordered with them before so I'm a good customer therefore one whose experience is valid. They NEVER ever communicate with you. You think you've ordered contacts and they are on their way. They never communicate that they don't have them! They didn't have them and they were back ordered by weeks. They don't tell you. They don't email or call. No notification. They just keep your money. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a large company they need to communicate to their customers.
Be ready to be very patient you need to wait at least a month to get your glasses, just let the customer know the progress and reliable delivery time expectations
I was a bit skeptical at first ordering designer glasses online and was also worried about them getting my prescription lenses right, but luckily it ended up working out. The process took a little longer than I expected (took about two weeks to receive the glasses from when I ordered) and while the glasses looked great, they were missing their authenticity papers. Customer Service was easy to get in touch with and they mailed the papers to me about a week later. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and that they were $200 cheaper than buying from the optometrist!
Love the site's selections and service. My new shades are stylish, authentic, and they were a super-great price. Awesome!

I wish i would had reas the reviews first! I ordered my contacts on 1/15/19, still no contacts! I will never order from them again... ezcontacts is the complete opposite, its more like hard contacts.
I only gave them a 1, because 0 isn't an option.
Ordered my contacts on 1/16/19. This was a reorder from 6 months ago, so they already had my prescription, which is still valid. They debited my account just hours after I submitted my order and payment info. Now, 8 days later, I cannot reach ANYONE at this company., not by phone, nor by email. I called twice and got the same thing: "you are called number 50 something, " Blah, blah, blah. For about 45 minutes I waited till I read the number 1 caller, only to hold for 5 more minutes, until I was then kicked right back to the options menu. Ap, I tried again, this time choosing a different option ansd still the same thing... caller number 51 or 53... whichever. Both times it was in the 50s and no one will pick up the phone. Guess i'll call my bank in the morning and have them reverse the charges. Such bull$#*!! Just NO excuse for this. Simply put, they are just bad people, because they don't give a damn.
I ordered my contact lens 10days ago. They haven't shipped my contact lens. Send messages to their costumer service. No response.

DID NOT RECEIVE. 30 days later no notice -- I called in, after 1hour waiting to speak to someone, I was told that the process was still not processed and that all the shipping policies on the website were for "in stock glasses" not contact lenses and they do not guarantee how long it takes to deliver even though I paid for fast shipping, processing was not taken into account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOOOO INCONVENIENT!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
