This was my second purchase. Unlike the first I had to wait an extended time to receive my glasses and they ended up not being the ones I ordered. (Wrong color). But after waiting so long for the wrong I decided to keep them instead of waiting another couple of months. I would still recommend the company based on selection of glasses. But after this experience I would say that they need to do better.
The merchandise arrive very late. Too much waiting time
The prices are great during discount holidays. The company does not have an exchange system so you have to return your order and place a new order.
EZContact customer service response time is around a week, at least in my experience. It took me one month to exchange some frames after exchanging multiple emails.

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Liteforce sunglasses from EZContacts. Because I owned a pair of this exact model before, I immediately knew they were knock offs. I complained, but they were adamant they were authentic and they offered to refund my money within 90 days if I returned them at my expense ($8.95). Wanting a legit pair, I purchased a pair of Ray Ban Liteforce sun glasses direct from Ray Ban. When they arrived I was relieved that they were in fact authentic. I took comparison pictures that demonstrably showed their versions were fake and their only response was that they would expedite the return at not cost. It irritates me to no end that companies like this can get away with trying to rip people off with zero to no consequences. That is the only reason for this review.

I placed my order on Feb 4. My contacts apparently haven't even gotten to EZConacts, let alone have shipped to me, and I didn't know this was an issue. I had to reach out to understand what the f*** was happening. I even paid extra for faster shipping. I've been stuck wearing glasses with an old prescription for weeks. IT'S A JOKE.
PS - Yes, my prescription has been verified. I ordered the exact same contacts with a brand new prescription that they verified in September 2022.

It is my first experience with EZcontacts. Prices are good compare to rest of the stores. Frame arrived as expected, well packaged and with the case
I am an old fashioned guy. I had broken my Sun Glasses. You were the ones that have that same model.
Ordered my prescription glasses on 12/31/22 for $362. These frames were in stock and according to their website would ship within 3-5 days. I have emailed them 3 times now and the response is always the same. Supply chain delays...another 1-2 weeks...sorry for the delay. It's now 6 weeks and still has not shipped and still no updates. I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering from this company. One would think that their customer service reps would get tired of sending excuses and apologies. Lord knows I wouldn't continue to work for a company that can only offer lip service. I'm dangerously close to canceling my order and contacting Consumer Affairs.
I purchased my contact lenses (air optix gray prescription contacts) from here because they were a little bit cheaper than other websites. WORST MISTAKE EVER. I received 2 different shades of gray for each eye. I tried contacting them to send me a replacement, they were VERY RUDE, wanted me to get "plano" contacts or clear ones instead. I explained that I want any color of the air optix because that's the one I'm used to wearing, and I can't wear anything else due to health reasons. They lied and said they're out, which clearly they weren't because they had plenty in stock when I "fake" ordered. * was the one emailing me, she was very disrespectful, didn't bother to help solve my problem at all and said she won't give me a refund. I told her I wanted to make a return and she also refused. I screenshots of the convo, the contacts, the fake order, the real order, and I have proof of everything. I paid almost $200 to be walking around with 2 different colored eyes, and it's their fault not mine. Never buying from EZCONTACTS again. Pay a little extra and buy from a trusted website. At least they'll care about you if you run into any problems.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible, initially with Customer service, who asked me to wait to contact my insurance, 3 weeks later of waiting to get my glasses The rep didn't do anything! Well, I decided to do it myself and get a claim after the purchase with my insurance. Paid for faster shipping, my glasses didn't arrived on time, when I called they stated they were delay etc but shipped them right away! Really? If I don't call they won't ship them horrible service unfortunately but an amazing frame
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, 1 pair arrived fairly quick as expected, second pair was a month late. I received no notification as the product was going to be delayed or any update. Finally it was shipped about a month later. The glasses were sent by a third party shipper, it took more than a week to get to me after I had waited about a month to get them. Maybe in this case they should simply shipped by priority mail which is not too much to ask. I needed them for a trip I was taking. That's why simple things matter!.
Took about 3-4 weeks to get an item that was supposed in stock.
Paid for the extra service to have item delivered in 2 business days. Had to phone several times before item was eventually dispatched.
It took more than 2 weeks to get my contacts. I was leaning on a trip do contracted customer service as I needed the contacts for the trip. I was told they would ship the contacts to my destination, and they would get them there day 2 of my week long trip. They never shipped the contacts to my destination address.
I will never use this company again.

Sent wrong prescription sunglasses. Promised to redo. But got partial refund without the return shipping cost. Was told they would redo again but cancelled my order few days later. Got refund through credti card company. What a scam

Bought an Oakley with prescription lenses but one of the lenses was loose and constantly popping out. The customer service was pretty responsive and provide couple of options. I ultimately send the glasses back for exchange/redo because of warranty. However the processing time is VERY LONG. It took over 3 weeks to receive my first order. Now it's been about 2 1/2 weeks since they received my exchange order and still now update. Customer service said it takes about 7-10 days for them to process the order once received it. I personally think it might be okay just buying sunglasses from them but not prescription glasses. If you buy ophthalmic glasses then you pretty much have to buy prescription lenses as well because of frame warranty. No lab will take responsibility for outside frames if there is breakage.
EZCONTACTS is my has go to place for my contacts. Been using them for the last three years and have had superb success with my orders. Their site is easy to use. Previous orders are saved and make reorders super easy. If my prescription has changed I just take a photo and send it to customer support and they keep it on file. One click and my new contacts arrive in a few days. Prices are very competitive and with the discounts you get via emails, EZContacts can't be beat!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
