I bought some wrong description contact lens on the site and they were willing to exchange the unopened ones for me with credit refund.
Reaction was prompt.
I had placed my order for contact lens on 23 Aug. Received an e-receipt indicating that my order is processed and will be delivered. I emailed the customer service a couple of days later to ask for tracking of order. Seems like there is no tracking provided but he had replied after 1-2 days that it has been delivered. I received the parcel on 1 Sep!:)
Would be good if there is a delivery tracker for customers to track in case we are not home during delivery but other than that, great purchase to the doorstep!
The website was easy to use. I had no problems with ordering and delivery. I would buy contact lens from EZContactLens again.
Prompt delivery. Items delivered within 2 weeks as indicated on website. Reliable seller. It is also the cheapest daily acuvue moist contact lens that i can find online. Expiry date for the contact lens is 2022.

Items received in good condition and fast delivery. It's a pity that I'm paying $12.90 for no packaging at all... however for biomedics 55, it's not the latest version of it... but expiry dates are in 2023 so all's good.
Lens are comfortable and very affordably priced as compared to retail stores. Referred my husband to purchase from here too!

Ordered on 9 Jan, received on 17 Jan! This is my 3rd purchase from them. For the last 2 purchases, it took close to 3 weeks for the orders to be delivered so I was pleasantly surprised to receive my orders so quickly this time round.
My first time buying from this website, inevitably doubtful. However, my items arrived within a week after and were in good conditions. The only complaint is that $12.9 for packaging is a bit too pricey when there is no overall packaging, just the items tied together with mailing bill by a rubber band. Hope packaging can be better or the fees for packaging can be lower. But overall it was a good experience. Thank you and will purchase again :)
I recently bought acuvue contact lens from this website, and I was pretty disappointed that the expiry date on the contact lens was 1 year shorter than another set of contact lens i bought from another supplier 3 months ago. Reason why people rate this website as 4 or 5 stars is to obtain a 6% discount on their next purchase; I'd probably not buy from this website again, after it was literally hand delivered to my doorstep without any bag/packaging whatsoever. Given that I paid like $12 for delivery, there should be some form of packaging, no? I guess these are stock hat has to be sold quickly else it'd turn obsolete, hence the low price.

I received my contacts in five days in Singapore. No problem in the quality of contacts. It was better if there were some announcement about dispatched date of my courier. Anyway it was good to have a quick reply in email when I contacted EZContactLens about the delivering date. They soon informed me the approximate date of delivery and I had no problem in receiving my contacts.
The website provides great prices for contact lenses in SG. It offers delivery and a variety of brands to choose from.
To be honest, I ordered half thinking I'll get scammed of my money and will have to get Paypal involved to revoke the payment. However, just today my lenses arrived without fanfare and drama. There was no packaging, just a piece of order info on paper and the lenses in their original boxes, unscathed.
