Easy to use website. Great selection of frames. Free shipping to Canada is a bonus! I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my John Lennon eyewear.
The product and price was great, but the frames were a little too big for my face, so I had to ship them back! I had a bit of a hard time trying to completely the form online, to get a return shipping label. The man kept telling me that there was something wrong with my browser, but I had just returned 2 other glasses from other company's and my browser had no problem with printing any labels. I asked for them to just email the label to me, but he said that he couldn't do that! I kept him on the phone and eventually, after numerous try's, their program finally allowed me to continue and I was able to print the return label... very strange. Anyways, I would say they're are a really good Company to order from.
Liked the frames didn't like the transition lenses
I could not view the glasses I selected on my photo. My customer service rep dropped off the conversation before I knew we were finished. Let's wait and see how I like the glasses.

I think because i already knew my frame size, it was extremely helpful to come to this site. I found the original frame from the glasses i purchased 3yrs ago. I still have my prescription lens so I'm very happy now!
Not at all satisfied with my expensive glasses. The lenses were not made correctly. Wearing them train my eyes and give me a splitting headache. Customer service is non-existence. Submitted complaint and question, no response whatsoever.
Will not be doing business with eyeglasses.com, EVER.
I wish the glasses did not come with hard to remove glass inserts but they turned out well.
The order process seemed to go pretty smoothly. Other than having to delete an order so that the prescription info could be modified.
Glasses came and were way more reasonable in price compared to optic stores.
Fast and easy just hope the glasses workout good I love the frames and lens but I returned frame for a slightly larger size frame of same style thank you all very much. Jerry
So far so good. I paid for next day service so can not give 5 stars until I have them! Thanks
