This is my first experience with progressives. It will take some getting used to. After only a few days I am tempted not to wear them all the time. They are good for work, though the computer viewing field could be a little bigger. There is a small sweet spot. They are good for cooking and eating but I feel better taking a walk and driving without wearing them. Everyone has different needs. My distance vision is fine.

They shipped the item quickly. I had to return/exchange it as the frame color wasn't like what was on the website. Exchange was no problem and they promptly sent the replacement.

Ordered prescription sunglasses. Took eyeglasses.com nearly 2 weeks to get the frames from Raybans. That would have been okay but there was no communication regarding the delay and no warning it would take this long prior to my placing order.

Great customer service, and sent the right amount of emails to let me know where my glasses were in the production stages. Once they shipped out, shipping was pretty prompt and I received them on time as I was expecting. The only thing that is a little frustrating is because they have so many different frames, sometimes they don't have the style, or certain color, or size in stock in specific frames anymore. Every time I have been looking at glasses, I just use the live chat on the website to double check that the specific frame, color, and size is in fact still in stock. A couple of times they weren't in stock or available anymore and the website was updated with the new information as soon as I was told by the representative.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
