Very easy placing order

Took a little long for the shipping, but it saved me the trouble of going to Lens Crafters so I'm grateful. And the prescription sunglasses are the best I've ever had. I'm glad I ordered these, glad to have them. Thankful this service was available.

For some unknown reasonless than I could not pay when trying to order from my iphone. When i selected Amazon pay as my choice, it never let me actually place the order. I called your 800# and she had no explanation! I had to wait til I could get on my laptop to actually try again, which fortunately was successful.

Glasses took a little long to arrive, but I am pleased with them. The glasses were a little pricey though I realize mark up on name brand frames is going to be more expensive. Prescription is perfect. I tried on glasses at a local shop so I knew the fit/look would be what I wanted. Overall I am very happy with my glasses!

I like the idea of using Amazon pay, one less place to give out pay information.

The ordering and delivery of the glasses was a great experience. There are a ton of options for frames and the lens you may require. I ordered and had my classes in less than 10 business days. They came with a case and have had no problems with them up to date

Glasses were of good quality though I was disappointed legs protruded from end of box,so I now have no safe box to hold them.

Lenses were defective upon receipt. This was verified by my eye doctor. Glasses have been returned. Would like FULL refund, as they should never have been shipped with these defects.

I was disappointed to know that returning would only give me 50% of lens value.

Great, was supposed to get next day shipping for 5.95 but no big deal

I wish there were pictures of all the offered and available models.
