The site looks good BUT...my prescription was such that I had to call to get an explanation on how to enter it. Also, somewhat difficult to go back and change things...I started over several times. I called and got great help entering my order...the glasses came faster than I thought that they would and they are VERY high quality...I am very happy with the glasses...and since I have to have lined tri-focals - these guys kick Zenni's butt! Price is a bit high...I could almost do as well locally but.overall I am very happy with my order.

Online chat didn't work -- no one answered. I was hoping to find out if sunglass clips are available for the 'skull' glasses ordered. No 'try-it-on' feature for the selected glasses. But searching your site for suitable frames was a snap, and all the info needed is on every page, easy to see and find. And you ship to Canada, which is not always the case. Thanks for that.
This purchase was effortless and exactly what I ordered. The prescription lenses were made to the specifications given. I had to see my ophthalmologist a week after the purchase for an issue not related to the new lenses. At the ophthalmologists request they tested the lenses to make sure that they were the correct prescription. They were.
I would highly recommend them for the frames I have purchased and the prescription lenses they made.
Paid the extra shipping charge for 1 day shipping. Order on April 18th and received on April 27th. Thats not 2 to 3 days to process and 1 day for shipping. Called to complain and said would be credited for the shipping. Here it is May 9th and still have not been credited.

Just hard to know how a frame looks on you - i know you can return up to three frames but it is a hassle to do that
I have a wide face, and need a wide pair of glasses. Costco had only one color, so I ordered all three of the remaining colors from eyeglasses.com. When one of those colors was discontinued, they promptly refunded my charges on that order, and delivered the other two as expected.
Weird number for total before shipping is unnerving.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
