Good customer service, website, shipping/tracking, etc. However, without being able to try on different sizes, the ones I selected were too small. I have ordered another larger pair and when they arrive, and I can gauge how the sizing works for me, I will be returning the first pair an perhaps the second pair also. As for the frames, I wore several pairs of these exact frames from about 1988 to 2000, and they were more sturdy, heavier frames then, which I would prefer. Also, the temples on the new ones, when folded, sit well below the frames, which my previous pairs never did. This indicates a different angle, which I am not sure if I will like. Time will tell if these changes prevent me from purchasing more of these frames when they wear out. Thanks & Regards, Doug Danbert.

Well designed site
Though considerably more expensive than several online providers, I think the quality of my glasses is superior to others I have gotten from the cheaper sites.
The frames I ordered and received were good quality and I am happy with them although the shipping time I paid for was over night and once it was finally shipped it moved overnight to my address but the order sat in processing waiting to be filled for nearly 10 days. I would hate to know I needed lenses to complete my order. The reason for ordering a set of frames with no lenses was because my original frame broke a nose piece off and I needed the glasses FAST! In my opinion 10 days processing to pack a pair of frames into a box is not necessary. Many people need their glasses to function on a daily basis you would think there could be more speed to getting a premade product packages and sent out. I am sure I will need to do something of this nature again as I have a son who wears glasses and also plays sports. I may order here again because I got my frames but I will be looking into a faster method before I can say for sure that Eyeglasses.com will be my GO TO for glasses!

Your service was very good. Unfortunately the glasses (lens) made my vision worse. I assume this may be in the prescription but I returned the glasses and I'll have the prescription checked. I'll probably get new glasses through a local vendor although I did like the Invincilite frames which I had previously.
As above your service was very good and I regret the mismatch between the prescription and my vision.

I was able to explore many options before making a choice. However, when I received my sunglasses, I found they were not dark enough for me. When I ordered, I had to choose between 50% and 85% and went with 50%, but that was a mistake. I have sent them back with a request to darken the lenses further.
The prices were reasonable and everything happened pretty quickly.
Wasn't actually happy with the frames, not their fault though, so we'll see how the exchange goes
The experience was nothing but great. Appreciated the e-mails that arrived letting me know when to expect the glasses and they arrived as expected.
I sent my order back. Hopefully they will fix the problem. The customer service was excellent when I called about my return.
Took a long time for glasses to get to you
It took 2 weeks from order to receipt of delivery. Eyeglassees.com did a wonderful job, very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative is they forget to include the COA fit the transitions, called them and they immediately sent it out. Overall a good experience.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
