There is no explanation of how I will mail in my frames. I made the purchase on a leap of faith that it will be explained to me. Very poor user experience.

The purchase process was easy and fast; however one of the nose pieces was broken at arrival. No big deal I have replacements. Other than that the experience was excellent.

It was ok it took a long time

Glasses were delivered much sooner than expected. They were in perfect condition snd well packaged. I would recommend this company snd will use them again. They make new lenses for my old frame and I couldn't be happier.

Good quality. Arrived on time. Very good price. I took them to my eye doctor to have the lenses made.
