So far, good. Look at adding some technology on how the frame would look on my face (via webcam or a loaded picture).

Updated: There was an issue with my prescription but it took me reaching out to eyeglasses.com to find out. They should have been proactive in reaching out to me. When I ordered the frames, they were marked as "in stock" but after placing my order they informed me the frames were coming from the manufacturer. The tone of the messages with customer service did not give me comfort that they had a good handle on my order. A phone call or direct email would have provided more personal service.

My glasses came exactly as expected and pictured online. I really love them. I get a lot of good comments about them. I would definitely recommend and use this site again. Designer frames at a good price!

Points were taken off for me because of the following:
I was a bit disappointed with the order status updates as it could have been more detailed during the time between making the order and actually shipping my glasses.
I ordered my frames with prescription lenses and opted for 1 day shipping which didn't make very much sense considering the wait time was a lot longer than promised.

It is very simple. You have plenty of information on your website to get a good understanding of all the options you provide. You removed the option to search for glasses by the dimensions which I loved before when I first purchased glasses from your site. Wish that was still an option. It is hard to find the right fit and when it's an eyeglass purchase, it needs to be the right fit or it will cost you to find another pair with the shipping costs going back and forth. I recommend making that option available again. Also your settings on the prescription power are not available at all fractions on your website, which left me wondering how good my prescription can be when it's a few points off what I was prescribed since I couldn't enter the actual value on your website. Thank you.
