THIS IS MY SECOND ORDER.
The frames are just fine ad the free shipping was great. We will do business again.
For some reason my card number would not be taken until I put it in 12 times to pay. The the last two times where at least an hour and a half apart. I checked and there was nothing wrong with my card. Also I could not scan my card to pay. It should come up automatically showing through one of the two cameras my phone has. I was eventually able to pay with my card. I think there was a slight glitch in the programming for this part of your website. The glasses I ordered were a little bent when I got them. But I had the lenses replace at my eye doctor's office. They were able to straighten them for me.
Good. I made an error in entering my prescription and James e-mailed me to verify the accuracy. I picked up the error right away, but he showed that he was thinking and not just processing an order.
Always good to buy from Eyeglasses.com. Everybody is kind and do their best to achieve customer expectation.
Great customer service
As I stated before, I am not pleased with the lens'. My prescription is strong but all my lens' have been process to not be so thick. These are not and do not look professional because when you look from the side it is so magnified I look like I have bug eyes. I will not purchase glasses from here in the future. I am very pleased with my frames.
The only issue I have had with my online glasses is with trying to size properly. I sized from my last pair as well as measured but the bridge area for the size given doesn't match to my numbers - fits a bit smaller.
I appreciated all of the lens options and the explinations of what the different options were.
I want to give them 5 stars I everything g and it is kind suspect that your survey does not allow me to pick that...
Very good will order again.
