Easy to order! Replacing lenses.
Unfortunately, the cable temples on these frames were too uncomfortable. I returned them and ordered a 'sister' pair that came with regular temples. However, my optician said the 23mm bridge distance was far too wide for my PD; ~16mm would be far better suited. Both returns couldn't have been easier and customer service was awesome.

The experience was very convenient! I had to get these clips - my 2nd in 2 months - because the first now has a scratch on it (though not in the field of vision) - and because one rubber tip has fallen off of the first one. Please glue them on!
Glasses are great. You need to work on turnaround time.
The frame from my order is the incorrect size. The eye size is 54 when it should be size 52. I have called and emailed customer service, but have yet to hear back from any representative. I also emailed a representative that had asked me for my prescription, but have not heard back from her either. Please return my emails/call so that I can replace my order with the correct size frame.
